As we are reaching a pinnacle in the united kingdom of 'Peak' from the coronavirus, I am releasing a small series of reflection time and thoughts from myself. Hopefully, this reaches out to people who may feel a bit alone and need reassurance or simply just listening to someone else for a change rather than the doom and gloom. I am positive about a change in the UK and how we can come together to beat Cornavirus and become better individuals spiritually, mentally and physically
