Nate connects with Unatego junior, Lizzie Craft. She is a two-sport standout for the Spartans playing basketball and soccer. Lizzie averaged 17.7 PPG this winter and helped UCS to an appearance in the MAC championship game. They discuss her love for basketball and the time she puts in playing on the AAU circuit.
Nate travels back to Norwich High School for the second episode in a three-part series about the NHS Wrestling program. These interviews are focused on the championship teams of the early 1990's. In this edition, Nate chats with grapplers Keith Evans and Tom Stoddard as well as local wrestling expert, Carl Koenig. Look for part three of this series in the summer of 2024.

Nate chats with 2023 Oneonta grad and current D1 soccer player, Finlay Oliver. He is a member of the Stony Brook Seawolves program and completed his freshman season this past fall. Finlay is one of the most decorated players in OHS history. He tied the school record for goals in a season (46) and set the school record for total career points (234). 
Nate travels to Norwich High School to sit down with 2024 NYS Wrestling Champion, Maverick Beckwith. He won the D2 crown at 108 pounds in his freshman season. Maverick is joined by his coach, Garett Sylstra for this interview. Special thanks to the NHS staff for welcoming the show back again!
Nate connects with Terrance Florence on this special travel basketball episode of the podcast. Terrance is the founder of the New York Havoc Basketball Club based in Albany. He is also approaching 600 total career wins between B-G and Mount Upton. Bob tells us some great stories and discusses what the MAC could look like this season.
Nate catches up with Ryan and Kyle Jaquay in this episode. They are both Cherry Valley-Springfield grads who returned to the area for the opportunity to coach. Ryan is an assistant for the SUNY Delhi Men's Soccer program and Kyle coaches and teaches at Franklin Central School. Nate is joined by Coach Tom Moriarty along with three players, Krissy Zeh, Tiffany (Hurley) Carr & Stacy Knapp. This squad went 53-1 over a two year span winning back-to-back NYS titles as well as a NYS Federation championship. Take a trip down memory lane with one of the best teams in area history.
Nate welcomes Josh Greenman of the New York State Police to the studio. He is a Lieutenant with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Troop C. Josh talks about the upcoming Trooper Entrance Exam and what a career with the State Police entails. He also discusses his personal journey within law enforcement and offers advice on how to get started.
