Visibility is one of those social media buzzwords you’ve probably been hearing more of lately – but what does it really mean to be visible online and why should you care about it? As a business owner, whether you have a product or service-based business, being successful on social is more than having a good-looking feed. You can create and curate the most interesting, entertaining and informative content, but it’s all for nothing if you aren’t getting it in front of people – especially your ideal customers and clients. And getting in front of those people is about more than pumping out post after post. You don’t have to have a huge email list to create a successful launch – but you do need at least a small one. One of the best things I did in my business was building my email list. It’s enabled me to talk directly to my warmest leads, make sales I may have otherwise missed and scale my business quickly. When it comes to putting off launching something, it’s easy to hide behind either not having a list or not having a large one. Numbers aren’t everything. It IS possible to launch to a small list. Here are my tips on why you need a list and how you can do a successful launch, even without big numbers. Running a successful business means keeping up with demand for new products and services. Time spent growing your audience and your offerings. But the creation is only the start. How do you launch something that’s a success, that gets sales and sign-ups and means you can bring more revenue into your business?  There are lots and lots of in-depth resources on this all over the internet, but in the interests of keeping it simple, here are my four key things to consider when planning a launch for your business. 1. What to launch 2. Why do we need to plan our launches in advance 3. How much time should I give to a launch 4. How many times to launch   Links and resources Amy Porterfield's free quiz Amy's free 30-day bootcamp Amy's free course creation kit Typeform Follow me on Instagram: @365daysocial Like video? Stuck for content ideas? Here are 10 quick wins for the kind of value-added content that your audience will want to share and save. There’s always a lot of talk of beating the Instagram algorithm but I like to think of it as something you want to work with, not against.  In fact, sometimes it pays not to think of it at all. The very best thing you can do on social is to create quality content that your audience loves. If they love it, they will save it and share it – and it’s the sharing that can really get the magic going for you.  Links and resources: Join my FREE facebook group Dotplay - a place to encourage and inspire creative content in social media and ads: https://www.facebook.com/groups/DotPlay Enrol in my new Get Creative WIth Canva course here >>> https://365daysocial.com/canva Follow me on Instagram: @365daysocial Like video? Creating content is an essential part of running an online business, but it can become a full-time job – unless you know how to effectively repurpose what you are creating. Figuring that out is how this week’s guest, Amy Woods, made her content strategy way more effective in much less time. Now her agency Content 10x helps other businesses do the same. In this episode, Amy shares her thoughts on what the best kinds of content are, how to create and repurpose content giving greater impact for less effort, and the really important impact this can have for long-term business growth and profit.   Links and resources Amy’s website: www.content10x.com Amy’s socials https://www.instagram.com/content10x/ https://twitter.com/content10x https://www.facebook.com/content10x Amy’s Podcast: Search ‘Content 10x’ on your favourite podcast platform Links and Resources Slack.com Trello Zoom.com
