This is a quickie but there is a lot of information on this one! Please visit https://www.buckeyenutrition.com for more information, dealer locator, etc or their Facebook page located at https://www.facebook.com/BuckeyeNutritionThanks & Enjoy the episode!
Welcome back to Against the Clock, this is your host Miranda Perry & today we are coming to you with an interview with Regan Henning. Regan has been competitive barrel racer and trainer for quite some time with a lot of wins and titles under her belt.
Welcome back to Against the Clock, first off I just want to thank everyone who is tuning into this episode with William Ball. William and I talk a lot about his family, how he got his start, his mindset between barrels and poles, how he works and prepares the horses for shows, and so much more. One of the things William said that has stayed with me is how he tends to train like it is a “Puzzle”
Welcome back to Against the Clock, after our brief hiatus we are back and have an exciting and informative interview with Craig Brooks for you all to listen to. Craig has been in the game for years, he has won futurities, a round at the AT&T Stadium, he has been killing it at the Good Times Barrel Races of late as well. Craig and I talk a lot about his training style, how he chooses which first barrel to go to depending on the horse, how he got his start in training, his mental game, and more. This episode is a little lengthy, there were a few interruptions but bear with us through those.
Welcome to episode 7 of Against the Clock, on today’s episode we talk with Shane Cline, President of the IBRA. We talked a lot about how he got into horses, the IBRA, the growth that he has seen in it, possibilities for the 2020 season, and more. I thoroughly enjoyed this talk, learning more about the IBRA and it’s goals. What I really took from it is that this is an association that is determined to help grow the sport of barrel racing far into the future.Link to IBRA Facebook Page:https://www.facebook.com/IBRA-International-Barrel-Racing-Association-117792474927061/IBRA Website:https://ibra.us/index.php
Welcome to Episode 6 of Against the Clock. On today’s episode our guest is none other than Brandon Cullins. Brandon is no stranger to the winners circle, from his Triple Crown Sweep at the BFA a few years ago, to running at AT & T stadium at the American, NBHA 2019 1D World Champion, and so much more. I enjoyed getting to pick Brandon’s brain about how he got into horses, how he shaped his program, how he has dealt with nerves, building confidence in colts and much more. I hope you enjoy this episode. I tinkered with the volume on this a little so Brandon should be easier to hear and I will not be booming. Thank you for listening!Link Brandon's Points Drillhttps://barrelhorsenews.com/training-barrel-horses/points-on-the-pattern-2/I tried to find a link to Lacey Harmon's Drill that Brandon talks about but have not had luck, I will link if I find it.Got Caught Speeding AGHA Facebook Pagehttps://www.facebook.com/gotcaughtspeedin/VQ Sucker Punch & Brandon at the BFA Debyhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_4D4-BAJyQLink to Nutrition Article we talked abouthttps://nbha.com/2019/01/24/horse-care-and-nutrition-with-brandon-cullins/
