Our first march episode and in honour of International Women's day I have dedicated this episode to all the amazing strong independent women conquering their dreams one step at a time ❤️•••Our special speaker for the month of March Is Mahnaz, the owner and creator of all keepsakes at Smallprint Vancouver North. She specializes in capturing the fingerprints, hand/foot/paw prints, drawings, and handwriting of your loved ones in sterling silver keepsake jewelry. "I handcraft each piece from start to finish myself in my home studio in North Vancouver and each piece is hand engraved with your loved one's name and age. I was born in Paris, France and we moved to Canada when I was 5 years old, I grew up in Vancouver. After graduating high school, I moved to the UK to study abroad with a full scholarship. I obtained my Master's in Human Resource Management and worked as an HR director for over 10 years.  After the birth of my first daughter, I had a complication post-delivery and was told that I might not be able to have another child. Because of that, I was always trying to find ways to capture as many memories as I could, before she was all grown up! Luckily after many surgeries and rounds of hormone therapy, I became pregnant with my second daughter.  Once again I found myself wanting to keep the memories of her tiny hands and feet before it’s too late! I found all the traditional ways of capturing those memories would be placed on the wall or tucked nicely into a keepsake book. I wanted something that was with me and close to my heart. That’s when I started Smallprint Vancouver North so that I could introduce other mothers to this great way of keeping memories of loved ones close to them as I do with mine. •••#happyinternationalwomensday Support the show

Finding your true self and giving yourself a voice in the middle of any circumstance. Join us as we speak to Anchal founder of Livin In Alignment and also podcast host ✨This babe is an empathic, intuitive, healer and upcoming coach. "While I am in the early stages of building my business, I center my work on guiding women in taking the first steps on their self-love and empowerment journeys. Through focusing on aspects of the: mind, body, and soul, I emphasize the importance of creating safe containers for women, sharing our individual stories as pillar of strength for others, and working collectively to uplift one another from the ground up together. Through unlocking our spiritual wisdom, I am an advocate that we all hold the power to tune into our inner compass and transform our realities by going through our pain in order to realign ourselves to our highest potential. My work is inspired by the generation of women who have come before me, as this particular generation has been raised to serve others (children, family members, or partners) rather than nurturing themselves without guilt. For example, my mother’s generation has been the driving force of my work. Women of all ages and backgrounds who have served: selflessly, resiliently, and unconditionally to others, and have made the decision to pour into their cups.••Let's go 2021 we got this !!https://instagram.com/livininalignment?igshid=b0gshqanaubkSupport the show
Join us, as we talk about empowering women with the tools they need to be confident and why Brad Walsh is a strong women empowerment advocate and you need to know his why !My name is Brad Walsh, Photography has been a huge part of my life for a very long time and being a boudoir photographer allows me to do what I absolutely love and give back to women and have an impact through my passion and my love of photography. With Boudoir I want to show women everywhere that they are beautiful, just the way they are. I want to show that the “beauty standard” is actually more about loving oneself than comparing our bodies to other people. In addition to my boudoir photography business, I am the host of the Empowerography Podcast. I created this podcast in order to provide a platform that enables women’s voices to be heard and to share their stories/journeys and successes in business or life with the hopes of helping other women who may be dealing with or going through similar struggles. I genuinely believe my passion and love for what I do radiates and shines through and that’s what sets ME apart. I am all about helping women feel empowered one episode at a time. For me the fact that I was raised by two very strong women in my life, both my mother and grandmother raised me up with the values and lessons to respect women ALAYS. Seeing them and what they had to do to make ends meet and especially my mother going back to work to help raise my brother and I after she left my father and my grandmother stepping in to help raise us when my Mom was at work. They gave me an appreciation for women, albeit I was young but these values they instilled in me from a young age have stuck with me to this day. My Beautiful wife and my 2 daughters are my “WHY” my inspiration. I’ve first hand come to experience the struggles they’ve had with a positive body image. Both my daughters were bullied and picked on and seeing the effects this had on them as young kids, then carrying on into their preteen and teenage years and now young adult lives it's horrible that young girls have to go through all that and carry it with them into adulthood.Their journeys inspired me to create this podcast and that is my "WHY"https://www.instagram.com/p/CI0o6yMJTEk/?igshid=106qcfqz2p9f3✨Episode Sponsored By Our Shine Sponsor ✨Upon A BoxA special gift with a special story.Local, all natural, organic, sustainable, vegan.
