The San Diego Padres have shown interest in a top tier free agent pitcher according to reports!  They have contacted both the Trevor Bauer and Blake Snell camps looking to replace the injured Mike Clevinger for 2021.  This could lead to a ridiculously strong rotation headed by Dinelson Lamet, especially if prospects MacKenzie Gore and Luis Patino pitch as well as they did in the minor leagues.
