Last week on Epsiode 56, I started to explore how to grow in resilience and today I’m continuing last week’s conversation with 8 juicy examples of how you can grow your own emotional fortitude reserves.  What I love about these suggestions the most? I originally wanted to talk about Growing in  resilience a year ago when we were already a few months into the world falling flat on its face. Fast forward one and half years later and we’re still on shaky ground.
