Brad started his career at 13 years old working as a pot washer and took his first job as a chef at 14.His journey is truly inspiring. Opening a restaurant at 21 years old is a huge achievement however, this has not come lightly as Brad describes the ups and downs to being a restaurant owner and how he has dealt with the pressures in the kitchen.
