Here’s 7 interesting stats and knowledge for my real estate friends from NAR.1. 44% of people turn to the internet before contacting an agent (psssttt you should be publishing more educational content, yesterday)2. 70% of homebuyers interviewed only 1 agent.3. 47% of buyers and 44% of sellers, ranked responsiveness ahead of professionalism and expertise.4. It was found that many agents miss appointments with their clients and even set appointments, which was a key factor to them losing the deal.5. And the other day I chatted about scripts. One of the key reasons people chose their realtor was their negotiation skills to sell and persuade. If you can’t sell and persuade someone to work with you, some consumers felt that they aren’t going to sell and persuade for their property deal.6. The two main things people want to know realtors areA – How much is their home worth now?B – Should they refinance? So many agents and entrepreneurs just expect clients to choose them but have no clear unique value proposition. You as an agent or entrepreneur need to figure this out.Sit down. Figure out what separates you from the rest of the market place.I had a client on the call mention that he recently moved brokerages because he now has access to 70-80 additional listing network opportunities for his client. Well look at that, that’s a unique value proposition. We can work with that.Imagine how much better that conversation sounds to the buyer or seller during the appointment now? That you have an advantage to the marketplace. What else though? What separates you?If you’re struggling to set yourself apart in your messaging I highly recommend you buy the book $100 million dollar offers by Alex Hormozi. The marketing world is raving about this book. I’m raving about this book. Because it’s helped to shift my perspective.That if your ads, sales or marketing isn’t working or you’re not closing sales it’s most likely because your USP and offer suck. These are the 3 reasons to why we struggle grow our businesses faster. Last year pre lockdown I went to a Brendon Burchard conference that helped me to begin to experience a  breakthrough both personally and professionally.Brendon at that conference explained this concept of automating, delegating and removing all non-needle moving activities.It was the first realization that i was struggling with all 3 of these reasons below  It wasn’t until i tackled these things, but also continue to tackle them daily that things started to actually click.This is a journey.And by working on these things below we have been able to double our revenue this year.And next year I plan to do the same.1. We have limiting beliefs about ourselves or our business and the impact we can have.2. Our traits. We aren’t who we need to be in order to run the business we want. 3. Skills.
