Two parolees one jailed more than seventeen times, the other committed more than twenty burglaries and was freed from an ankle monitor three days prior. The Petit family was set for a relaxing Sunday dinner and a needed family night. Things would never be the same. The murderers stated they just wanted money, the evidence suggests they wanted to commit robbery, rape and murder. They were sentenced to death, but politics, quickly halted the jury's lawful sentence. This episode is sponsored by Podcorn, a marketplace for podcasters and advertisers. The Karen Read trial begins with jury selection. The Commonwealth STILL hasn't completed discovery and has asked when testing is finished to submit the "evidence". I don't think that's how discovery works. The Commonwealth can afford a not guilty in this case, however they cannot withstand the corruption revelations that are on the horizon. This case will go down in Massachusetts history as being wholly corrupt.TB News-https://bit.ly/3Uct0Wm
In August 1962 the U.S.Postal Service wanted to save money on armored car services. Instead of high security, they had a truck driver and one guard transport money, in mail trucks from Cape Cod post offices, to the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston. What could go wrong? It took local criminals about three weeks to rob this truck of millions. The media coverage was intense and the government sent postal inspectors to investigate. Local gangsters were not impressed, deriding them as "Stamp Police".  A record breaking reward of $150,000 (1.3 Million today) was presented, but never claimed. The defendants, tied to Rhode Island organized crime were ultimately acquitted at trial. This case remains unsolved and no money was ever recovered.Cape Cod Timeshttps://bit.ly/3atdxLfMedium.comhttps://bit.ly/3iPeqlU
The Heath Street gang has been a blight on the Bromley-Heath Housing project for decades, but a large scale raid in 2024, has decimated the gang. The gang's members were deadly, but not very smart. During one foray into murder, one Heath Street gang member, shot another, while the duo tried to kill a gang rival. Another member conducted a shooting, while on an ankle monitor for another felony, that's the level of intelligence that the FBI and other authorities were dealing with. There was also significant Covid relief fraud, delineated by the gang members rap songs. That's right they sing about their crimes, while dancing with firearms. Genius! Please share this episode!Fox 25-https://bit.ly/3TPJweXCBS-https://bit.ly/3JakAtGBoston Herald-https://bit.ly/4aoCmFz
During the last week of March 2024, two motions in this case were denied. A motion to dismiss filed by the defense and a motion to disqualify the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office. The judge did excoriate the DA's office for an absurd media package they had produced and distributed, the DA stated that the lead homicide investigator did not have a personal relationship with witnesses in this case. The federal corruption investigation revealed this was a lie and the DA likely knew it. At least five state witnesses will likely have to lie during this trial including the lead homicide investigator. This case is falling apart, yet we head to trial.Fox 25-https://bit.ly/3VAReMpTB News-https://bit.ly/49ltijp
Keith Luke 22, appears to be a somewhat conflicted white supremacist, he claimed to have committed this murderous act over racial animosity, however in the days before this madness, he tried, persistently to date at least two women of color. His racism seemed to be a symptom of him being an "incel", involuntary celibate. He had approached three women at a Planet Fitness in Brockton and basically asked to be in an immediate relationship with Selma Goncalves, she naturally rebuffed this hulking mess. Days later Keith Luke broke into Selma's home and brutalized her roommate, eventually shooting her multiple times, Selma returned during this nightmare, she wouldn't survive.  During the legal process it became clear that Luke, had been a lifelong schizophrenic, who saved and consumed his own urine. Bombshells were dropped in the last hearing from the promised "Touhy" information, supplied by the DOJ. Some of the information revealed; Three FBI accident reconstructionists  have reported that Karen Read's vehicle did not strike John O'Keefe and John was not killed by a vehicle strike.  BOOM! Why is Karen Read still under indictment and how did the taillight fragments get to the crime scene, if there was NO vehicle strike???The FBI also confirmed (Introduced by the defense) that the infamous google search by Jen Mcabe 2:27am ("how long to die in the cold") did occur. It was also revealed the District Attorney Morrisey allowed Brian Higgins and Brian Albert to DESTROY their cell phone, despite a court order to retain all electronic devices. The FBI also revealed that Higgins and B.Albert had a conversation on the destroyed phones just prior to the "how long to die in the cold" google search, despite saying in police reports that they were asleep by that time. Finally, the  defense revealed that homicide investigator Michael Proctor admitted to his substantial friendship with the Alberts during his testimony before the federal grand jury, investigating police corruption.A text message from Micheal Proctor's sister to Investigator Proctor revealed that his sister ran into Julie Albert, where she stated a desire to give Micheal Proctor "a gift, when this is all over" Trooper Proctor replied "give it to my wife". This was clearly a bribe to keep the Alberts out of the jackpot in this case. Why is Karen Read still under indictment?WCVB TV-https://bit.ly/3TpozXZBoston.com-https://bit.ly/3x6CzOB
Amanda Grazeski has been missing since 2020, she disappeared after staying overnight with "friends". The problem is / was her friends are hard core drug abusers, with endless criminal charges on their records. Police have looked for Amanda, but their investigation is hampered by the transient nature of both Amanda and her "friends". This case is an inside look at the drug world in NH, it is riveting and revolting at the same time. Amanda is still missing and no one has been charged in this case. Several people were in the apartment, when Amanda went missing, these individuals know more of what happened to Amanda, the problem for police is that those "witnesses" are  drug addicts and violent criminals. Please call the Derry NH Police if you have any information, there is a reward in this case.Derry Police- 603 432 6111Fox 25-https://bit.ly/4co15v9Patch-https://bit.ly/4a9pYJ4
Adam Montgomery's life was complete chaos, since conception. He was shooting heroin by seventeen and believe it of not it just got worse from there. He was in jail when Harmony was born and inexplicably fought tooth and nail for custody, despite being an abusive a-hole to the child and her addled mother. Adam is currently serving more than 20 years for unrelated gun theft charge, so add in the thirty years for the murder charge, and that'll be the last time Adam Montgomery hurts another innocent person. This case was a complete failure of our child protection services. Please share this case!NHPR-https://bit.ly/49DOF06CBS News-https://cbsn.ws/3wLByLK
In a stream of unending incompetence the federal government moved notorious gangster and murderer James "Whitey" Bulger was moved to a prison in West Virginia, despite knowing that confirmed violent, gangsters from Massachusetts were being housed there. PI Greg Overacker has been working the Brianna Maitland case for years. He has written a new book, "The Hunt for Brianna Maitland:The Relentless Pursuit of Answers to One of Vermont's Biggest Mysteries" Brianna went missing on March 19, 2004. There was a set of suspects originally, from NYC, but that avenue of investigation never panned out, the runaway theory seemed to take hold of the police at the outset of the investigation. Greg Overacker never believed the runaway aspect and all facts point to a targeted attack. Maura Murray went missing in February 9, 2004. Overacker makes a compelling case for a connection between the two cases...and he has a suspect! Greg also has revealed that he has been working on the Murray case, with this new connection. Darryl "God" Whiting ran a 100+ member drug gang out of the Orchard Park public housing project in the early 90's. The operation is said to have overseen a 24hr a day crack distribution business, that wrought havoc in Roxbury. He was celebrated as a local hero, while simultaneously decimating the entire neighborhood. Darryl also had legitimate businesses and a thriving "Social Club" in Grove Hall, however it was merely a front for selling drugs. "God's" reign lasted about 4-5 years, making at times $100,000 a day. The organization was ultimately penetrated by a maverick undercover Boston Housing police officer Jeff Coy. Coy and other cops brought the "New York Boys" down and the prison sentences were legendary. Darry Whiting received a life sentence for leading this sprawling criminal organization. The housing development was largely ruined by Whiting's organization. (REPLAY) In order to believe Sean Ellis is innocent, you'd have to believe, the Boston Police Forensic Unit, took Letia Walker's fingerprints at the courthouse and then proceeded to place a print on the gun that killed Det Mulligan. Did the technology to conduct this conspiracy exist in 1993? Does it even exist now? Letia Walker, Sean Ellis's girlfriend, went on to testify that Sean  brought the guns into her house. Mrs. Walker had ample opportunity to recant her testimony, why hasn't she?  If you notice, she never denied she touched the gun. Why wouldn't the producers ask Mrs. Waker directly, if she touched the gun? She was sitting right there, on camera. The answer is if she answered truthfully Sean Ellis is guilty. This story proved too good to actually investigate. Trial 4 is so defendant slanted it should come with a warning label.
On Thursday January 18, 2024 defense Attorney Yanetti revealed that there had been a conference call, between the defense, the prosecutors and the Department of Justice. The focus of the call, was to inform the parties that the feds were going to provide information pertaining to the federal corruption investigation, apparently focusing on the police and prosecutors offices in the Karen Read case. The wheels are falling off of this case and we'll know more in about two weeks.Aiden Kearney-Turtleboy also posted the audio of his hearing for a domestic violence restraining order, which occurred on January 8, 2024. The hearing quickly goes off the rails with accusations (and admittances) of falsified photos of pregnancy tests and apparent inappropriate state police involvement. Do not miss this episode! Karen was known as a loving mother and friend. She had struggled with sobriety and was frequently with a crowd that was the polar opposite of loving. She was  violently attacked in her apartment, but managed to call the police, she was rushed to the hospital, however she died due to severe blood loss, the attack was described as a bloodbath.  A suspect was soon developed, Aaron Sutton was identified aa a suspect by the Framingham Police, he was a well known as a violent felon, who had been involved in a previous murder. In 2005 he was arrested for another violent homicide, there was also  a distributing heroin charge(s). It's safe to say that Aaron is a blight on the community, will it ever stop? Karen's murder remains UNSOLVED! Tune in, you don't want to miss this one! Please share!Milford Daily News-https://bit.ly/47zUud5Wicked Local-https://bit.ly/3RWX4Eq
Brianna craved independence and she was on her way to life goals she had set. She appeared to fall into a tough crowd that was involved in hard drugs. Some poor decisions led to some teenage strife. She departed her job late at night and her car was found the next day at an old landmark in the area. The police seemingly could not ascertain that her car, abandoned with doors open and items strewn about, was a crime scene. That set the negative tone going forward, at least in terms of the investigation. Precious time was lost at the beginning of the investigation and Brianna was never seen again. During today's episode we'll go over some red flags in this case and the arrest of Turtleboy, Aidan Kearney.  Aidan was arrested for domestic violence and witness intimidation and  is currently being held in jail, awaiting a bail review. I believe he'll likely be released with restrictions on his reporting, in the coming days, however this is  exactly what the Commonwealth of Massachusetts desired.  There are many aspects of this case that don't fit the Commonwealth's narrative, including the fact that the state police did not use their own accident reconstruction unit to examine the vehicle and crime scene, a police officer was killed and you don't pull out every stop in getting to the bottom of this tragic case?Don't forget the fact that the lead investigator in this case, knew potential perpetrators and direct witnesses, for years, in fact there is video of the trooper dancing with them at a wedding. So many aspects of this case simply defy the laugh test. If you're a tax payer, it seems the joke is on you.TB News-Karen Read: Framed by Commonwealth of Massachusetts as she's Charged with the Death of John O'Keefe - YouTubehttps://bit.ly/3sGfPTU
Would a professional robbery crew rent a getaway vehicle in their own name? Would it be difficult to get rid of another vehicle, that contained a mask and deposit slips? Probably not but, that is what this crew did, it appeared that booze and cocaine had gotten the best of the "Boston Bandits". The code of silence was broken, if it ever really existed. Brother would soon testify against brother.  The murderous Hudson N.H. robbery would imprison the crew, but it was not the last robbery, nor the last shootout. The FBI would use a novel prosecution strategy for this group. The feds used the RICO statute to bring this crew to justice. Most of the crew received life sentences.  The least of the sentences was more than thirty years in federal prison. Was it all worth it, to die in the joint...broke? USA v.
