Dr. Robin Kelley has an authentic discussion with Dr. Marcine Pickron Davis, Dr. Kim Bobby, and Dr. Frances Graham.  Dr. Marcine Pickron-Davis joined the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in 2017 and serves as the Chief Diversity and Community Relations Officer. Dr. Kim Bobby currently serves as an executive search consultant for AGB Search.  Frances D. Graham is a lecturer in Interdisciplinary Studies and former director of the African American Cultural Center at North Carolina State University. She has served in higher education administrative roles at North Carolina Central University (NCCU), North Carolina State University (NCSU), and the University of Illinois (UIUC).

Ms. Erica Ahmed is a Senior Public Health Consultant with more than 20 years of experience providing an array of health education/prevention services including technical assistance and grant monitoring in health departments in Washington, DC, New York City, and Atlanta, GA to address and reduce health disparities among vulnerable populations. Ms. Ahmed has extensive knowledge of methods, processes, and techniques used to develop and deliver public health programs.  Ms. Ahmed has also trained over 100 clinical staff in the fundamentals of cultural competency to facilitate improved communication and service delivery as well as to further reduce health disparities.
