Paul Riopelle is joined by esteemed recording engineer,  STEVEN ESCALLIER for this episode of the Riopelle Room!  During Steve's tenure at the legendary Sound City recording studio, he created and witnessed some of the greatest sounds and stories in rock history.  Not only did he work along side legendary producer, Keith Olsen, but also was 2nd recording engineer on the Riopelle albums, "Saving Grace" and "Take a Chance" and main recording engineer on Jerry's wonderful work, "Little Bit at a Time".You're in for a treat  listening to the (often hilarious) rock & roll memories Steve shares with us from those magical days at Sound City!  Support the show
"Goody!"  That's what we call him.  Listen in as DAVID GOODSTEIN joins Paul Riopelle for a call into the Room.  Goody has been the drummer in the Jerry Riopelle band since 2011.Goodstein shares his thoughts and stories about Jerry including  their first encounter which was essentially Goody playing drums and singing the lead vocal on Jerry's song, "Livin' the Life", from a live performance at a music club in L.A.....and Jerry listening...over the phone!In addition to being an incredible drummer, this cat can sing!  He held a prominent spot at the Riopelle tributes and sang lead vocal (and played drums) on several of his favorite Riopelle tunes.Goody has also played with Dolly Parton, Jackson Browne, Joe Perry and many, many more.Lots of Riopelle music in this one...
