Born in Cairo in 1945, from the window of my room at 12 I could see the Nile and in the distance the pyramids of Giza. From my window today I see Lake Geneva and the mountains. These changing windows, these moving interior landscapes, but a permanent quest: knowledge.Mathematician, lecturer at EPFL in Lausanne, member of the Brazilian commission for the advancement of science, author in 2002 of "Spyridon's quest", in 2013 of "The computer will not digest the brain" and in 2015 "The Relativistic Brain" in collaboration with Miguel Nicolelis, in 2016 following a cardiac surgery intervention by "Narcoses, Dances with the Unreal" and in 2018 of "Memoirs of Cairo" tracing the history of his family in Egypt and his departure following the events of 1956 in Lausanne in Switzerland. In 2018, in collaboration with Miguel Nicolelis, he founded Aurora Neurodevices Ltd, which aims to spread treatments for neurological diseases from Professor Nicolelis' laboratories in particular for Parkinson's and rehabilitation.Consider science as a revolt and knowledge as our ultimate value. It is what occupies our minds today that becomes our reality of tomorrow. “Translated from his Amazon page: Brain-Centric: How the Mental Space builds our Realities https://www.amazon.com/dp/B095GFKVKM/...Reality is Unique to Man: An introduction to Brain-centric, How the Mental Space builds our Realities (Pensées philosophiques) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TYF33VW/...https://www.amazon.com/Relativistic-B...And earlier interview with Miguel Nicolelis, focused on their book the relativistic brain https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HYQsJUkyHQJoin the discussion on the FB grouphttps://www.facebook.com/groups/dailyarchetype/Also DailyArchetype on IGYouTube:https://tinyurl.com/DailyarchetypeMusic (Three kinds of Sun) by Norma Rockwell and the theme by studio star gazer, with voices by:  Eli Harris, Katrice Beal, Annie Phung and Allison Drew (not in that order). If interested in helping with the production or to become a guest, please send an email to dailyarchetype@gmail.comSupport on Venmo @isaac-Miller-83 Support the show

Two billion for a VR company that hadn’t shipped yet? Wow, the future sounds like paradise. And what’s a social media company?Oh, that’s a corporation people use to communicate with each other and keep personal remembrances, and there are algorithms that model the people so offers can be targeted; these companies can make people sadder or more likely to vote by tweaking the algorithms. They’re the center of a lot of people’s lives. But, but, combining that with VR would be like a Philip K. Dick novel. Oh my, the future sounds like hell. It’s both paradise and hell. But bright, rebellious young people wouldn’t want to be running their lives through a corporation’s computer …Weirdly, the new generation gap is—supposedly—that young people are more comfortable with corporations running digital society.”Jaron Lanier in dialogue with his younger self in,Dawn of the New Everything: Encounters with Reality and Virtual RealityVery relevant to our present times.(this was published 4 years ago shortly after oculus got zuckafied)“Whoever knows God has an effect on him. Get the white whale 🐳 🐉 (self) before it gets you. Those are the only choices ✌🏻 “I heard Ahab mutter, 'Here some one thrusts these cards into these old hands of mine; swears that I must play them, and no others.' And damn me, Ahab, but thou actest right; live in the game, and die in it!"#mobydick - #melville “[137] In general, it is the non-psychological novel that offers the richest opportunities for psychological elucidation. Here the author, having no intentions of this sort, does not show his characters in a psychological light and thus leaves room for analysis and interpretation, or even invites it by his unprejudiced mode of presentation. Good examples of such novels are those of Benoît, or English fiction after the manner of Rider Haggard, as well as that most popular article of literary mass-production, the detective story, first exploited by Conan Doyle. I would also include Melville’s Moby Dick, which I consider to be the greatest American novel, in this broad class of writings. An exciting narrative that is apparently quite devoid of psychological intentions is just what interests the psychologist most of all. Such a tale is constructed against a background of unspoken psychological assumptions, and the more unconscious the author is of them, the more this background reveals itself in unalloyed purity to the discerning eye. In the psychological novel, on the other hand, the author himself makes the attempt to raise the raw material of his work into the sphere of psychological discussion, but instead of illuminating it he merely succeeds in obscuring the psychic background. It is from novels of this sort that the layman gets his “psychology”; whereas novels of the first kind require the psychologist to give them a deeper meaning.[138] I have been speaking in terms of the novel, but what I am discussing is a psychological principle which is not restricted to this form of literature.”Excerpt FromThe Collected Worksv. 15 paragraph 137http://librivox.us/book/753https://www.amazon.com/Melvilles-Moby-Dick-STUDIES-PSYCHOLOGY-ANALYSTS/dp/0919123708Join the discussion on the FB grouphttps://www.facebook.com/groups/dailyarchetype/Also DailyArchetype on IGYouTube:https://tinyurl.com/DailyarchetypeMusic (Three kinds of Sun) by Norma Rockwell and the theme by studio star gazer, with voices by:  Eli Harris, Katrice Beal, Annie Phung and Allison Drew (not in that order). If interested in helping with the production or to become a guest, please send an email to dailyarchetype@gmail.comSupport on Venmo @isaac-Miller-83 Support the show
A recording form the quantum photonics club on clubhouse, in June. You can find everything you need to know about Joseph and his books at http://www.physicsandgod.com/ https://www.facebook.com/authorselbie"It was inevitable that the systematic investigation of the unknown center of the atom, which has led to the conclusion that the observed system is also a disturbance caused by the observance would show that essence of the observing process will be perceptible in the disturbance caused by the actual observation. To put it simply, if you look long enough into a dark hole, then you perceive what is looking in.Hence, this is the principle of perception in Yoga, which derives all perception from the absolute emptiness of consciousness."C.G. Jung  29 October 1934 Letter to W. Pauli“The characteristic that is peculiar to the archetype is that it manifests itself not only psychically-subjectively but also physically-objectively; in other words, it is possible that it can be proved to be both a psychic inner occurrence and also a physical external one. I regard this phenomenon as an indication of the fact that the physical and psychic matrix is identical.”C. G. Jung 24 October 1953 Letter to W. There's so much to get into with the couture wars and all the damage caused by dishonest extremists on every side of this toxic debate. There are types of racial discrimination that we can discuss but these trolls refuse to discuss honestly. I gave them the floor for about two hours to do so and they didn't get anywhere. I left some links below to more info. I would love to get more into this important issue carefully if anyone would like to do so honestly. Here is more info on what happened when I recorded this in April and some of the background. https://www.buzzsprout.com/1231739/8447908-propertarianism-cult-kool-aid-warning-do-not-drink-it-trigger-warningsThe main clip in this bonus was from last year, https://www.buzzsprout.com/1231739/7011202 and was originally recorded on Boonn's podcast Far Out Wisdom. If you are considering to accuse me of something I didn't say or do, please read this first,https://medium.com/rebel-wisdom/sensemaking-gatekeeping-talking-with-fascists-fda652608f0eAnd watch,https://youtu.be/2p7_kncFQLw  This was an interview with David Fuller from Rebel wisdom where you can see Brandon doing exactly as we warned against, drop buzz words, big names, say big sounding ideas, complain about something everyone can have issue with like political lairs then insert fundamentalist ideology while denying it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejQB6opBJIQThey do the same thing even with themselves, it’s the ideology that takes over and they become only a conduit for that,https://youtu.be/ID6Td0EwLrsThis is the podcast they did that I took that clip from at the end of this bonus episode,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7KY6MvAp1s&t=2659sYou are free to view the cult information on their website about white separatism and other horrible ideas I don't want to spend much more time on.April was discussing what the propertarian leader did last summer than caused them to start falling apart. Anyone in the conversation who hasn’t gotten seduced, has caught onto their circular code language. It’s hard to find videos on YouTube about it because they get banned  or shadow banned, but it was mainly this,https://youtu.be/oAzu7RWO_fIIf you want to learn more about the deceptive ways cult movements work, I recommend this short work by Carl Jung:https://www.buzzsprout.com/1231739/5653621Here's a couple quotes from another important book on the subject,“This is Rank’s devastating Kierkegaardian conclusion: if neurosis is sin, and not disease, then the only thing which can “cure” it is a world-view, some kind of affirmative collective ideology in which the person can perform the living drama of his acceptance as a creature. Only in this way can the neurotic come out of his isolation to become part of such a larger and higher wholeness as religion has always represented.”Ernest Becker“Man is a “theological being,” concludes Rank, and not a biological one. In all this it is as though Tillich were speaking and, behind him, Kierkegaard and Augustine; but what makes it uncanny in the present world of science is that these are the conclusions of the life-work of a psychoanalyst, not a theologian.”FromThe Denial of DeathErnest BeckerSupport the show

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VI02kMdAsIw&t=2410sIn this episode we have our very first guest appearance! Isaac Miller, founder of The Daily Archetype, joins us to discuss the unification of opposites. This is a fundamental concept that we are adamant to explore as Isaac also finds it to be critical in his work. More about our guest: Isaac MillerFounder of The Daily ArchetypeIn the early 2000s Isaac was trained as a Pentecostal minister. After that spiritual side was taken to the extreme, he mostly departed that path and became a successful financial services entrepreneur. Eventually, the materialistic path was taken to the extreme. In 2017, before he knew what he was doing, Isaac decided to unite the opposites (spirit and matter). Since then, he has been on a relentless self study to find the truth, and help others do the same: He studies the works of Carl Jung and others. He was having trouble finding a place for those new to the Archetypal journey, to come together. In 2019 he started The Daily Archetype group. Since then it has expanded to several other media platforms with thousands of members, and is now a fast growing weekly podcast. He aims to continue to bring people from all walks of life of life to find themselves on the archetypal journey. If you would like to support us please like, share, and subscribe for more content.
