The long awaited return has finally happened. In the men's return since their nearly 9 month hiatus the gang has a quick together for a nice discussion.

We hear it often from therapists and professionals. Hell we ourselves know better, and yet communication is so much easier said then done (see what we did there). The problem with most communication is that we do not listen to understand. We listen to respond. And the problem with not addressing issues, is that there's nothing left but to assume the answers. Help each other understand. Oh yea, and COVID is still an issue; regardless of where you stand and/or what your political views are, lets be smart, careful, and continue looking out for one another. 

And we're all off to the races as 2021 is starting off hot!! Memes of canceling the year's subscription is already popping off as folks are not liking what they see after their "7 day trial" is now up. This year is no different than any other year as it is promised to have it's ups and downs. How we face those ups and downs will determine the type of year 2021 will be for each and everyone of us. Simple reminder that nothing changes if nothing changes. But hey, maybe add vulnerability to that repertoire to yours?? Or perhaps more understanding and empathetic. ...defined by commitment and by love. Showing up when they need it most. Having each other's backs and choosing to love each other even on those days when you struggle to like each other. A true support system; one that can be displayed in many ways and various methods. Know whose at your table; don't let your loyalty become slavery. If they don't appreciate what you bring to the table, let them eat alone. And as for your trips around the sun, remember that "life is a master teacher and learning is a gift. After all, we are all survivors." Moving forward, we hope you take time to celebrate each and every day the sun realigns with you. 

Fellas, she's just bored. Y'all won't last and she'll steal your hoodies. Focus on yourself. But if you're going to partake in cuffing season, know that scouting was due in August, the mock draft was in September, tryouts were in October, and preseason started last month. Season is now in full effect and hopefully no one is riding the bench. We'll check back come February. 

To vaccinate or not to vaccinate has always been a topic up for discussion, but more so these days as we look to battle a virus we are still learning more about each day. It may seem like a new vaccine that was conjured up within a year's time but the research behind the type of vaccination has actually been studied for over 30 years. This episode was an interesting one as one of the guys had his "missing rib" by his side. Join them as they touch on the vaccine, what they're take on double standards are, and find out who didn't know what a thigh gap is. 

Grateful for the small things, the big things, and everything in between. Grateful for you all and the continued outpouring of support that you have shown us thus far during this journey. It's often we let our troubles blind us to our daily blessings, but that breath alone reminds us that we are still able to make things happen. Often told to "trust the process." But how is one to trust it if we don't know what the process is?? The importance of having a vision and seeing that vision through if it is truly what we want. Now, the journey of getting there, that is where the process lies. "Faith is a place of mystery, where we find the courage to believe in what we cannot see and the strength to let go of our fear of uncertainty." Our guys struggled discussing the topic of happiness & joy during our studio recording this past Thursday, and for the first time ever they found ourselves with a brief moment of dead air. Unheard of, for a panel of guys that usually have much to say. They came to a realization that the interpretation of happiness & joy and defining it ultimately varies from one individual to the next based off experiences of the past and living through present situations. Thus, making the subject matter itself difficult to explain to the general mass. - find something to be a part of, establish and build on relationships, stand for something, immerse ourselves in the servitude of others and we’ll discover the joy that we so desperately seek.
