"My personal journey of “making it” to the top of my career in the beauty industry and being clinically burnt out led me to my true “Eat Pray Love” spiritual & internal quest to rediscover who the f*** I was without all the external achievements, roles, + relationships I had defined myself by. Once I dove in? I literally transformed from the inside out. I broke relationship patterns of toxic codependency, people-pleasing, created a secure attachment style, overcame anxiety and cognitive patterns, emotional distress, transformed my career, developed updated communication skills, lost 50+lbs, and created a life full of joy."

I grew up denying my biological gender and adopting everything I saw men think, do and say around me. So, by the time my mind's achievements reached the top during my mid 20's and I seemed to be excelling professionally, I simultaneously collided with my worst physical and emotional decline."For MaLe the teachings were all related to embracing my true self, one that is both a very masculine and a very feminine creature. Her life purpose is to support others in the discovery of their own feminine and masculine energies; particularly with men due to the imbalance between the great amount of resources that are out there for women vs. the very little information and support that's available for our dear brothers.

Elysia's journey has been dynamically filled with both tragedy and joy. She started giving people massage when she was 5 years old; "I believed that I was such a big spirit that I could hold the whole world's pain as well as my own so that no one else would ever have to hurt." This intention facilitated the healing of a lot of people but left Elysia with a lot of somatic pain at a young age. She was in pain or felt sick more often than healthy until she started her healing journey when she was 19 years old. "My desire to heal the world never changed, but I learned that it wasn't about holding others pain, but rather helping them transcend it on their own; which eventually brought me to today's story of me being an inspirational speaker, connection coach with and without horses, and an advocate for men's rights."

Jake Baird was born to two people that were filled with astonishing rage. He remembers fights, violent outbursts, and much screaming. That behavior resulted in Jake being sent off to foster homes. "I felt alone. I was alone. All the time. I lived in my head, where everything was violent chaos." Jake found boxing through HBO’s Mike Tyson biopic and found that he had an aptitude for it. So...he fought. In the ring, out of the ring, in school, on the street, in traffic, in front of kids, old people, young people, anyone in front of him. At 22, Jake had his son, "....it made me happy. He was diagnosed with Lennox Gastaut Syndrome, and it made me angry. So, I fought. Even with competing as a boxer, I wanted more. It landed me in jail and kept me alone. It wasn’t until I left boxing for a while and returned to college to get my degree that I started to calm down. Use my intellect in place of my emotion." That brought Jake to coaching where he's found a way to channel his rage, his wild companion, into something useful to other people.
