I aim to help mamas love their bodies, move with intention, feel confident + beautiful through motherhood and beyond.I’ve been trained by some of the best practitioners in the industry, who have made it their life’s work to understand and educate around the female body and it’s changes. I use a whole body approach, learning about my clients, their goals, and their bodies – and creating a sustainable program that will get them to where they want to be. Whether you want to keep up with your kids or train for an iron man, you must take it one step at a time – but you can get there! To date, I’ve helped dozens of moms regain their sense of confidence and realize their potential.https://babymamamoves.comhttps://www.instagram.com/babymamamoves
