We interview Jeff Warren, renowned and beloved meditation teacher about mindfulness practice.  Jeff says that developing the meditative mind is the best game in town and has us feeling deeply resourced, calm, nourished, and whole.  This practice leads to creativity, intimacy, love, compassion, wisdom, efficiency and presence, to name a few outcomes.

This episode explores financial well-being, finding our happy place as well as looking back at this season's conversations and guests and the community we have built.  
We interview Randy Pierce, president of Vision Quest Coaching Company about how he thinks of adversity as positive, some about his past, things he is working on currently, adventures along his trail of life, as well as share in good will, humor and wisdom. 
Matt and Jeff explore staying grounded in uncertain times.  They both are fresh off a vacation in Maine, which had them restore, reflect, face challenges, and come back with positive intentions and motivation.  They also build off of episode 4 to dive into how the power of people and places can take us to the next level in our lives.  
In this episode we interview 2 recent college grads about their first jobs in the real world as well as the power and value of having solid friendships and mentors.  The good will, humor and candor are evident throughout this fun and engaging podcast.
