In our first ever Minisode, Toni gives us a glimpse of Autumn through the lens of Chinese Medicine. Toni is a licensed  Acupuncturist and Herbalist, who has been practicing for the past ten years and in this episode she lends her expertise. Sit back, grab a cup of tea, and listen to how the change in seasons can prompt emotional and physical responses in us all, and how we can prepare for it.
