Deceit and secrets are a choice as are truth and honesty.  Betrayal happens when we follow the wrong path.  God will help us find the right way.
Our eyes are the windows to our soul.  Lying eyes are impossible to hide.  The truth, even when it hurts, is the only way to a better place.
God's forgiveness and mercy replaces guilt and suspicion.  He has the power to move you beyond insecurity.
Suspicion is darkness, because we don't fully understand the impact of a situation.  That darkness is banished by the light of Jesus.  Start the journey with a conversation with God.  That is your first step.
Suspicion is a primitive instinct.  It does have positive attributes.  Suspicion is a red flag that when addressed, can stop further damage.  Consider talking first to God for a solution.
Secrecy feeds suspicion.  Our minds can play tricks on us, and it does when we don't fully understand the "truth".  Talk to God and make sure that secrecy doesn't ever lead to suspicion.
Personal secrets can destroy relationships and your physical health.  Knowing how and when to let them go is a little easier when you start with a conversation with God.  Do that today.
