I had the pleasure of visiting and listening to Amber Neuman and Jackie Ihrke share their breast cancer journeys with me. They were courageous, vulnerable and funny, as they shared the unfiltered rawness of their experiences. 

The Shank family sisters share their combined and individual journeys with breast cancer. They share their stories of diagnosis, treatment and overcoming. They are a strong group of women that have and continue to inspirationally forge the path before us!

This episode I have the pleasure of visiting with Dr. Pruthi in Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic. She is a woman with a heart filled with compassion and has remarkable knowledge in the area of breast cancer, prevention and proactive means for those at high risk. Dr. Pruthi offers a safe space for patients to self-advocate, asking all of the questions and feel no shame in their anxieties and fears. It was my great pleasure to interview Dr. Sandhya Pruthi. 

This episode is devoted to self care. Allowing yourself the time to spend time getting to know yourself sometimes feels like we are stuck. But I like to refer to them as our cocoon phase. Spending time in your cocoon is when the best transformations happen. You are not stuck! You are becoming!
