To celebrate the Season 4 Finale, it's a Two Actors first! That's right, no more pixelated zoom screens or lagging Internet, this episode brings Scarlett and David face-to-face to for the first time...at least in the history of recording this podcast. How long will take out two hosts to get over the awkwardness of recording in the same room? Turns out, 5 minutes is all they need before they're several drinks in and talking about the future King of England's (alleged) love of pegging! So grab some drinks and come join us - in person - at the bar for the bumper Season 4 Finale of Two Actors Walk Into a Bar.Season 5 coming...eventually!This episode is sponsored by WeAudition.com, the Video Chat Community to Audition, Rehearse, Self-Tape and Get Advice. This week we're teaming up with special guest Abbie Atkinson to defeat Dave! No...not our one! We all have an internal voice, it’s also known as the devil on your shoulder and frankly it has nothing good to say - Abbie took the power from hers and named him Dave (!). So that is what Abbie is here to do, silence that pesky voice and all other voices like it, in her new podcast that goes live later this year: Don't Let Dave Win!This episode is sponsored by WeAudition.com, the Video Chat Community to Audition, Rehearse, Self-Tape and Get Advice. In this weeks episode, Dave poses a pun and Scarlett guesses the "hot" topic he has in mind - however, in keeping with the organisation of this podcast, what were once considered hot topics are now a tad tepid... So join these two as they unpick some of the "recent" money spinning tabloids - in classic Scarlett & David Fashion. It does what it says on the tin. This week Scarlett and Dave plan for their futures but in classic Scavid style they don’t sweat the small stuff. Marriage? Kids? Boring! Drowning in a vat of chocolate, or being fired out to sea… now we’re talking!Join us at the bar for more of the usual ramblings and hilarity, while we create our own little “time-capsule” episode to listen back on when we’re wrinkly and incontinent.Join us next week, on Friday 12th November, for our Season 3 Finale and 1 Year Anniversary. This episode is sponsored by WeAudition.com, the Video Chat Community to Audition, Rehearse, Self-Tape and Get Advice. It turns out that despite the "slight" age gap between the two, our hosts Scarlett & Dave can get nostalgic about the same things.Join them this week as they look back on the glory days of Nintendo, Plumbers vs Hedgehogs, as well as ssshing & dealing with disruptive dimwits that don’t know cinema etiquette! This episode is sponsored by WeAudition.com, the Video Chat Community to Audition, Rehearse, Self-Tape and Get Advice. By Jove, he's only gone and done it!In this weeks episode Scarlett and Dave discuss Dave's decision to leave his 9-5 job. It's not often you are congratulated for leaving a job but Dave is making his dream a reality and committing to becoming a full time actor. There's lots of stuff he'll need to get his head around, one of those things being trading in his taste for Peroni for Fosters. Grab a pint of your cheapest beverage and come meet us at the bar. While the rest of us were using the last 18 months as a good excuse to kick back and enjoy the sedentary nature of life, David has been beavering away writing a new play. So while he comments on the very real, very scary world we live in, through the art of theatre, Scarlett observes the similarly very real, very scary ongoings of a public toilet. The last thing this podcast could be described as is linear. Chin chin!Book your tickets for 'Ay Up, Hitler!' now! The writing's on the wall this week because Scarlett & David are getting very superstitious. Together they unpick the ‘do’s’ and the ‘definitely do not’s’ of the myths and legends that supposedly plague theatres and the actors within them. Find out why you can't say Macbeth backstage, how a jaunty whistle could land you with a concussion, and why the breaking of legs is every actors dream! You’ll need a strong one when you find out what us thesps live our lives by…New episodes, Thursdays from 5.30pm (UK Time)This episode is sponsored by WeAudition.com, the Video Chat Community to Audition, Rehearse, Self-Tape and Get Advice. We're back baby! After taking some time away to tread the boards, Scarlett & David make their grand return behind the mics to kick off Season 3 of Two Actors Walk Into a Bar. Will they have used their time away to reflect and turn the show into a true professional podcast? Have they learnt how to sound like respectable members of society?DON'T BE RIDICULOUS! They're back to provide the same level of drunken waffle that they've always had! So grab some drinks and join us for what is undoubtedly...an episode!New episodes, Thursdays from 5.30pm (UK Time)This episode is sponsored by WeAudition.com, the Video Chat Community to Audition, Rehearse, Self-Tape and Get Advice. Which is it then, a Series Finale or a Season Finale? Either way, we’ve reached the send off of our second series/season. We’re not crying, it’s allergies... Before taking a break to be a part of BlackBox Theatre Company’s tour of Blithe Spirit, Scarlett and David open the floor and take the time to shout out just a few of the exciting productions that are hitting the stage over the summer months. With restrictions easing and life (hopefully) getting back to normal, now’s the time to welcome live theatre back with open arms and give The Arts the kickstart it needs. Come and get so merrily inebriated with Scarlett and David (large measures and mixing encouraged) that you may ponder the technical term for the little punchbag at the back of your throat.
