This is one of the great qualities of Ho’oponopono, you can be in the middle of huge chaos or mayhem and utilise Ho’oponopono to create change. All that is required is the sounding of the four-line mantra, the Ho’oponopono prayer, with heartfelt sincerity:“I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, I Love You, Thank you.”For healing the body, simply focus the mantra into the area of your body that is symptomatic, for example the area of pain or illness. Also, she broke down the differences between natural bodybuilding and is it worth it to use steroids.Natural Bodybuilding Naturally bodybuilders do not use any sort of synthetic steroids or other drugs in order to build more muscle mass or get leaner. They entirely rely on lifting heavy weights, consuming a healthy diet and getting plenty of rest.Natural bodybuilders may not be able to put on as much muscle mass as steroid users but they build muscles that are long lasting and sustainable.Besides building muscles that last, they have a better overall health and faster metabolism.It reduces blood pressure, increases bone density and keeps cholesterol levels under control. It improves your metabolism, reduces your fat percentage and is a great stress buster.Steroid BodybuildingThese builders use Anabolic-androgenic steroids. These drugs are a synthetic form of testosterone (the male hormone), are injected into the body for quick benefits but are illegal in most competitions.Steroids may give you the pump to train at a higher level than you could possibly do naturally. Instead, it plays an important role in the production of carnosine which is stored in skeletal muscle and helps to reduce the build-up of lactic acid in muscles during exercise.Beta-alanine can specifically boost your gains and assist in muscle recovery. Why beta-alanine? Beta-alanine is a naturally occurring amino acid that supports muscle carnosine synthesis in the body. It combines with the amino acid histidine to form the dipeptide called carnosine. Over time, carnosine acts as a buffer to help delay the onset of lactic acid (pH decline) and muscle fatigue and failure while building endurance and improving recovery.Since meat, poultry, and fish are the highest dietary sources of beta-alanine, vegetarian athletes have an even greater need to supplement beta-alanine levels. ALL THE TRUTH ABOUT VEGAN SUPPLEMENTSBCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acid, and these amino acids are the building blocks of protein and muscle growth. There are 20 amino acids in total, with 11 of these being produced by the body naturally. These are referred to as non-essential amino acids (we don’t need to supplement them). The other nine are not produced by the body and must be supplemented through diet for us to get them. These are the essential amino acids. The nonessential amino acids are; alanine, arginine, asparagine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamic acid, glutamine, glycine, proline, serine, and tyrosine. While the essential amino acids are; histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Three of these essential amino acids make up BCAAsThese three are particularly important to our muscles, as they help them grow, develop, and maintain their size. The three BCAAs are isoleucine, leucine, and valine, with leucine being the key to protein synthesis and muscle development.
