I've been lookin for something like this, am so excited to get information to help me treat my menopausal symptoms without HRT. I tried HRT, low on the 3 important hormones, and even the lowest dose caused breast tenderness. From listening to the podcast I was reminded a doctor years ago told me I was low on DHEA. I just ordered Quicksilver DHEA, and fingers crossed it helps with my nonexistent libido, hot flashes, and aches and pains.
