This is the perfect podcast for parents of teenagers. Being a teen is hard. Being the parent of a teenager can be equally tough. This podcast will share tips, tools and stories to help parents of teenagers feel empowered, while also sharing ways they can help their kids feel confident and empowered. As an experience high school teacher, mom of 3 young adults, and a certified professional life and leadership coach for teenagers, my entire career has been centered around helping teenagers become the best version of themselves.
