Attitude of Gratitude

Attitude of Gratitude

2021-11-1842:57

We have all heard the title phrase, an "attitude of gratitude" and there is so much power in living each day with this in mind. It is impossible to be grateful and unhappy at the same time. If you also look at the areas of your life that need the most improvement, chances are that they are also the areas you have been the least grateful. There are so many things to be grateful for! From the sun shining, to the love of a child or spouse, to the career you have, to the friendships, access to food and water, I mean the list can go on and on. The reality is we take so much for granted each day, because we have had certain things our entire life like running water and electricity.  Taylor and Steve have both adopted gratitude into their lives as a daily practice and we share with you on this episode how important it is, along with some of the tools we have been using to make it an easy task each day. Everyone can find one thing each day to be grateful for, and we encourage you to see the power in finding gratitude in your life too.Follow us @wiredlyinspred@taylorpasichnyk@steve_bliz_freedomanddreamin

It is becoming more and more apparent that Social Media is important and a powerful vehicle in our lives. We use it to stay connected, to meet new people and grow our businesses. We live in an era where Social Media platforms can literally make you rich over night, if you are one of the few that can crack the code. For the rest of us, though, if you have a business and are not online, you will lose every time to the person that is. It is no longer about simply having a great product or service, but also having an effective  Social Media presence. Without it in todays growing digital age it seems weird and suspicious. Social Media is a free tool to captivate your audience, to develop a brand, create your dream clients and to be known in the world of today. So, here at Wiredly Inspired we encourage you to get out there and be social!Follow Us!@wiredlyinspired@steve_bliz_freedomanddreamin@taylorpasichnyk

An effective morning routine helps us set the tone for the day, better allowing us to control our schedules rather than our schedule controlling us. As we start each day fresh, we can focus on what is in front of us, where to prioritize our time, and, ultimately, increase our productivity. Additionally, an effective morning routine truly starts the night before. The importance of our sleep cycle, schedule and our thoughts go into every day.All that being said, what is your morning routine look like? Does it truly serve you and bring out your best? Does it need a makeover? Reflect and implement so your personal days, week, month and whole year can see a powerful transformation! @wiredlyinspired@steve_bliz_freedomanddreamin@taylorpasichnykhttps://www.buzzsprout.com/?referrer_id=1411495
We think most people have heard of the term "fight or flight". It is a survival mechanism, that is hardwired in to the very fabric of what has kept us alive through the ages. This program is something that runs very deep within and is some of the earliest software our DNA ever has utilized for survival. Every creature on this planet has a fight or flight response system and it is one of the many things that links us together with all living species on this planet. This system meant for survival, is also one of the reasons why human beings find difficulty in regulating there emotions, communicating, and fearing things that exist outside our comfort zones. This system is what keeps us trapped in a prison that exists inside our subconscious safety net, because anything outside it the system thinks it could put us at risk or in danger. This is why FEAR is  False.Evidence.Appearing.Real, because most of the threats do not actually exist. We know you'll enjoy this one and that you are sure to learn something too.  Follow us:@wiredlyinspired@steve_bliz_freedomanddreamin@taylorpasichnykWe are on Facebook and Instagram, come check us out and say hello!https://www.buzzsprout.com/?referrer_id=1411495

Life Is Too Sport!

Life Is Too Sport!

2021-02-1601:05:25

Throughout life the phrase "life is too short" is often heard or said. Whether you believe this to be true or not, the thoughts that emerge after are often more important. Steve and Taylor put a spin on the phrase and relate life to sports. Sports or competition for that matter is practically in our DNA  and has been a part of human nature since the dawn of time. Competition is very much a part of survival even to this day. Grab some popcorn, a few beverages, a good companion, and enjoy the avenues that are taken by the world of sports. We could not imagine a world without them.  @wiredlyinspired@steve_bliz_freedomanddreamin@taylorpasichnykhttps://www.buzzsprout.com/?referrer_id=1411495
The opinions of other people and how we let them into our space, can be something that can really hurt our growth as individuals. It is on us though, to not allow the opinions of others change our actions or our life plans. People can go their entire life focused too much on the thoughts other people have about them. We hope by discussing this topic that we can help shift mindsets around allowing other people to control our lives. Why spend our life living it the way other people want us to? Lets all go live our lives the way we want to morally and ethically in order to  stop caring so much about what goes on in the minds of others. We all have only one life to live, so go out and live it your way!Follow Us!@wiredlyinspired@steve_bliz_freedomanddreamin@taylorpasichnykhttps://www.buzzsprout.com/?referrer_id=1411495
Mental Health may never be an easy topic, however, it is critical to become aware of and acknowledge it within ourselves or within others we know and love. This discussion is all about bringing more awareness to the topic and for us to try and be apart of the solution. Our Mental Health determines how we handle stress, relate to others, and make our daily choices. Mental Health is important at every stage in life, from childhood, through adolescence and adulthood. The bigger the life problems at any stage, the higher the chance your Mental Health can be compromised and those scars can linger for a lifetime, if we allow them to run the show in the background of our lives with little awareness. Take some time to reflect on your own personal mental wellness so you can recharge and take back control of your life! Have more conversations with the people you love and lets all support each other anyway that we can.  Ps. We encourage you to please seek guidance and to be resourceful. You are NOT alone!@wiredlyinspired@steve_bliz_freedomanddreamin@taylorpasichnykhttps://www.buzzsprout.com/?referrer_id=1411495
