In this episode of Blooming Minds, we get to talk to Thomas Henely, Host and Founder of Aspergers Growth and Autism and Mental Health Advocate. Thomas shares his journey and story of  his long history with Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders & Panic Disorders. During our conversation, Thomas shares his struggles of growing up on the autism spectrum and learning about his values to keep him going in life. He went to University of Manchester and got a degree in Biomedical Science.
