I asked 250 people who suffer from binge eating what their greatest fears are and they give me many answers. I categorized them into 8 main reasons and I wish to discuss them with you and share how we can overcome them. This can be uncomfortable and serious but so important to be aware of. I hope this helps! It is ok to have fears, but it becomes problematic when our fears are crippling us from taking action through the massive anxiety it causes. The first step to overcoming binging is to become intimately familiar with the binger within, we are NOT our actions.
