Brittany started struggling with binge eating at the age of 17. She tried many different programs and strategies (diet programs, hypnosis, etc) until she discovered that the solution to overcoming binge eating lies within her ability to understand and accept herself. When we first chatted she was pessimistic about what I had to say, she gained freedom in less than 2 months and now almost a year later she is still binge free. Enjoy her wonderful story!
Sports is an amazing thing to be involved in from a young age, but sometimes even the best ideas  introduce the biggest monsters in our life. Natalie was a dancer since the age of 3, unfortunately too much emphasis on a certain physique coupled with the wrong coaching narrative created her own rebellious binging monster. One birthday she had enough and decided to face that monster. She decided to go on her journey and ended up overcoming that monster in her early 30s. Now she has her entire life to focus on what she wants to do next. This is a story of how a wonderful woman turned a tragedy into a quest for self-discovery and an opportunity to discover a path that will inevitably lead her to the woman she was always meant to be.
Nancy's story is beyond inspiring, she had tried so many diets in the past and lost up to 70 lbs. When the weight started creeping up again she realized that this was no longer a nutrition only problem. That's when she reached out and learned how to take control not only of her eating habits and heal her relationship with food, but also of her mental narrative and her relationship with herself.
Aisha's story is one of the most inspirational I have ever heard. She went from low point to lower but still persisted and didn't give up, she took her lowest point and used it to learn more about herself and gain freedom from food. You must listen to her story! Enjoy.

I used to wake up every morning asking myself "how can I overcome binging" "how can I stop smoking" "how can I start being more productive" "how can I stop being so reactive"Until I came across this technique. We often say "just start" but we forget to ask "well what's the best way to start?". Because how we start can increase our chances of success or failure. It can also affect how long it takes to get there. I've learned that there is a simple HIGHLY effective habit that can be used as a starting point for anyone regardless of what they're trying to achieve or overcome. It works like a charm if implemented properly. I use this with myself and my clients on a regular basis.I challenge you to do it: twice a day, morning and night. Only takes 2 minutes.

Where do I start?" This question can be the beginning of the end when coupled with another one:"How can I use my resources to overcome binging".In this episode I talk about the top 4 resources we have and how to use them efficiently in our journey to overcome binge eating.

I categorized them into 8 main reasons and I wish to discuss them with you and share how we can overcome them. This can be uncomfortable and serious but so important to be aware of. I hope this helps! It is ok to have fears, but it becomes problematic when our fears are crippling us from taking action through the massive anxiety it causes.
