Description

We are a platform and an open forum to create communication surrounding Black mental health and the influences of our societal ties and view and love of our Heritage which has transformed into the modern day term Black culture. We believe that speaking on our own journeys in this life while also exemplifying others stories around us can create an outlet and source of relief and safe haven from some of the pits and downfalls in our realities everyday. While we are beyond proud of our Blackness and Black culture we value unity and togetherness and when we’re looking for understanding we also want to acknowledge and learn from those that differ from us
