She Has No Limits is a movement for positive change in the economy and in society. We're on a mission to make work work for women. The She Has No Limits membership helps women design the careers we all deserve. She Has No Limits *the* podcast served to inspire working women towards achieving their career success by showcasing the career stories of women like them. Each series focusses on a particular developmental topic e.g. Self-Awareness ("Knowing Me, Knowing Me"), Career Change/Crossroads and Resilience. Hosted by executive coaches Amanda Davie and Catherine Smith, each episode lasts <45 mins, and features a different guest’s inspirational career story, as well as Catherine & Amanda’s reflections on the psychological and professional growth insights from each guest's story.

Katie Neeves lived for 48 years as a man struggling with her gender and hiding her big secret to the world.  Her gender dysphoria caused her to go on a transformational voyage of discovery, leading to her courageously coming out, both personally and professionally.  Katie now runs Cool2BTrans to support and inspire other trans people and to educate others on trans issues, by showing them that trans people are just ordinary people who want to be happy - just like everybody.
