My 90 year old mother-in-law said to me the other day “why is everyone mental these days?” It got me thinking! Here is a lady who had to finish her school leaving exams under a desk during a bombing raid in London in the second world war. The teacher insisted they finish the paper and was very strict that there would be no talking…..I chat with Mina Blair from MatChat yoga to throw this idea around. What is stress, how were the older generations equipped to deal with it. What have we lost in our isolation and focus on self rather than the collective. We all know things are changing for us all but maybe we need to look backwards in order to move forward.Have a positively inspired day.Love Sarah xSarah Cox is the founder of Zephorium Soul Tonic, award winning holistic aromatherapy brand, along with being an energy healer, counsellor and psychic medium. The menopause is easy for about 20% of women. For the other 80% it can feel like entering unchartered and very choppy seas. Often you feel you are being swamped in this bewildering ocean. Mina Blair from MatChat yoga and I chat with Melissa Ayres, a wonderful menopause coach, homeopath and Theta healer who combines all three to help women navigate these often very challenging times. She sorted herself out which always makes me sit up and listen. After more than 10 years of going through just about every symptom between us, Mina and I have lots of questions for Melissa. She really is a calming influence and obviously knows what she is talking about. I found her approach very solid and well grounded. Many of you have heard of Carole Caplin through the press. She was beaten up by the media - why? Because she believed in natural health and healing long before it was fashionable. Carole was one of the first pioneers to champion and apply a holistic approach to health, fitness, and wellbeing. She trailblazed the multidisciplinary approach to health long before it became the norm. Her books, national press columns, articles, media appearances, workshops and trainings, introduced her approach to a wider audience. Carole is a wonderful person forged in the fire of public spotlight. She is a strong and powerful woman and I adore her. She cares so deeply about peoples health and healing. Carole set up Cool Health in London to help her clients with an all round mind and body approach to health and body work. In this chat Mina Blair and myself, Sarah Cox, ask her about her life, what started her journey 40 years ago, we look at her own healing  and how have her experiences impacted  and shaped her life. She is inspiration and an avid supporter of Zephorium too!Enjoy and have a positively inspired day. With love,Sarah CoxSarah Cox is the founder of Zephorium Soul Tonic, award winning holistic aromatherapy brand, along with being an energy healer, counsellor and psychic medium. This weeks chat is about the law of Karma. I chat with Mina from MatChat yoga about the importance of this law of the Universe and how it is absolute in its bounce-back!Ultimately it's not our job to try to insist on karma for people who have wronged us or who we judge to be inappropriate in their behaviour or actions. Whilst this may impact us on a physical level, we have to let go and know that we are all creating our own reality and that each of us is storing up our own karma or feedback loop in terms of what we experience later on either in this life or future lives. Thank goodness there is a delay between thinking thoughts and them becoming things or experiences because it gives us time to change and alter what we are calling to ourselves.Enjoy and have a positively inspired day.Love Sarah xxSarah Cox is the founder of aromatherapy brand Zephorium Soul Tonic www.zephorium.comMina Blair, author and yoga instructor www.minablair.com

Today I talk with writer and Yoga teacher Mina Blair about how to stay connected and sane no matter what!On our beautiful planet being thrust around the universe at unimaginable speed and planets exploding and imploding all around us, how on earth does our ego brain convince us that things should be static and constant in this dynamic powerhouse of creation we find ourselves in.Accepting change as normal, living in the moment, staying connected and loving kindness…. All these things we have been talking about for decades now have an opportunity for being practiced moment by moment….boy what a time to be alive!Enjoy and have positively inspired day.Love Sarah and Mina xwww.zephorium.comwww.minablair.com

One woman’s journey to power, from low self confidence, to freedom and joy. You can do it too!Join me and Andrea Jennings from Feet First Therapies in Northern Ireland talks to me about her extraordinary life from humble beginnings, through to becoming a magnificent teacher of holistic health. She travels through life playing second fiddle to her famous brother with grace, and tells how she could have become famous too! Going back 30 years, opportunities were so different for women, but as she says “that wasn’t my path”. She experiences the death of her sister in law and steps into the role of helping bring up her nephews, before branching out into her unique space as she finds her confidence and creates her own beautiful world as a trainer and teacher of all things beauty and holistic. I first met Andrea 4 years ago when she exploded into my life and has taken Zephorium into Northern Ireland as our distributor with her lovely charm and enthusiasm. Join me and my dear friend, writer and yoga teacher, Mina Blair from MatChat, as we discuss why we can  sometimes find it so hard to trust. During this 30 minute podcast, we chat about how our trust in ourselves and others can be tested throughout our lives and how we cope with it. When our trust is tested, and if we have forgotten our connection to the Universal Source Energy, then we can feel very afraid of what life brings forward for us. Trusting that all is well, that we are safe and loved, even in the face of our tricky or painful experiences is more than just having faith. It is coming to know that the Universe has your back no matter what! Practicing letting go and trusting can become a wonderful daily spiritual practice.www.zephorium.comwww.minablair.com
