Chase challenges the guys to a shaved-head + shaved-face looks challenge, which no one will win. Josh continues "Josh Year" and kicks butt, Chase dreams of following in the footsteps of Jeff Bezos, getting rich and ripped, and joining forces with Joe Rogan, while Darius has to issue a rare retraction and joins the #staybusy crew. 
Josh gets caught off guard with a pop quiz, Chase doubles down on his questionable lesson of the week from last week (#staybusy), and Darius learns a lesson form Josh, at the expense of Chase. @Jaycrushesit is the Fat Loser Inspiration of the Week again, the guys revisit Jessica Rendall's great piece for c|net, "5 New Year's resolutions to get your 2022 off to the best start (even in a pandemic)" to see what job they would do if they could choose, and this week we take a trip to one of LA's best new sandwich shops, Wax Paper. 
The fellas break down some of their best Lessons of the Week, Josh and Chase feel a little left out after hearing about Darius' bowling night,  Chase gives some lessons that Darius and Josh are not exactly sure what to do with, but he turns it around with a shocking Fat Loser Hero of the Week. The guys discuss c/net's "5 New Year's resolutions to get your 2022 off to the best start" article. Get ready to learn, laugh, and maybe get some gains. 
The guys are getting even closer to producing video content for show, they experience some serious gains, fought through some adversity, but let some low-brow humor get the best of them. Listen in for some lessons. 
The Fat Losers are back and committed more than ever to helping their fans. After being picked up for Season 2, the guys talk through some big developments for the Losers, some big gains (not the good kind), and try to offer each other support  and motivation in the New Year. Follow the Losers this new season as they dominate their goals and help you achieve yours too. 
The guys get back in the studio after a holiday hiatus, and there was lots to catch up on. This episode goes 90/10 on eating vs workout, so be sure to listen on a full stomach. Chase Dog unveils GSP as the Fat Loser Inspiration of the Week for his amazing Bob Marley quote, Josh goes hard on the fine dining for his Cheat Meal of the week with Bavel, and Darius takes the internet's advice and goes with 3/4 inch on his new gym mats. 
Chase and Josh handle hosting duties with Darius out for the week. One might say they gave a Scottie Pippen-esk type of performance (maybe just Scottie would say that). Josh blows out his back, we save some money with this weeks cheat meal of the week and there were some pretty impressive gains that happened during Chase’s 40th birthday bash! Best Episode Ever!
The guys start out with an impromptu birthday celebration and subsequent roasting  of Chase Dog, Josh and Chase try their hand (and fail) at doing Darius' segment transitions, Chase walks us through the Fat Loser Inspiration of the Week, @counting_zacros, Josh goes highbrow with his cheat meal at Bavel, and Darius has found the best free Yoga instructor, Yoga with Adriene @adrienelouise. 
Josh rolls into the studio in flops, the guys step up the workouts but run into a Halloween candy wall, and Darius has a weird encounter in the sauna,  
The guys may have found Brian Laundrie, and they did a bunch of losing this week, but not the good kind. We hear about the fans clubs, Josh solicits NBA draft suggestions from the listeners on air, Darius makes a prayer to Allah, and Chase takes the lead.
The guys talk about overcoming fears of the gym, Chase revels in the compliments from a not-so-critical audience, a new listener benefit is announced, the drinks are catching up to Josh, while Darius has done 0 out of the 5 ways to improve discipline. The losers are treated to another black-shirt appearance by Chase, Tyson Fury is featured as the new Fat Loser Inspiration of the Week, Josh reviews Chipotle for his Cheat Meal to try their new Smoked Brisket, and Darius walks through the Top 5 ways To Reduce Heart Burn, with a silly laugh-fest ensuing. 
Josh finds himself in a precarious position while on vacation, Chase discovers buying Halloween Candy, and Josh gets the compliment of a lifetime. Darius kills it with the transitions and the guys dig into the science of calorie burning. Hint, you're not burning nearly as many calories as you thought. 
Back with a Live Studio Audience, Chase introduces his new catch phrase, Josh finds himself in rut, Darius semi-permanently injures himself working out, and the losers walk through a buzzy article detailing The Top 5 Ways to Build Discipline. Also, a squat-off is announced, one that will probably never take place.

The guys are loving all the great feedback they’re getting from the fans, they debut a new segment, Chase shares some real Fitness Painz (is the fame getting to him??), Darius gets smoked by seemingly everyone on Peloton, while Josh has achieved some serious Gainz at a family BBQ. 
The guys fly through the weekly goals and a preven even match occurs, they start a new tradition of giving a speech after each week, Chase "Dog" makes his first appearance, listener's get to hear about Darius' lunch buffets, Josh gives the fans what the want, an awesome Cheat Meal. And, we dive into the interesting (read: weird) world of Mukbangs... 
This week the gang is joined by long time listener, first time guest, Victoria, to talk about all things wedding fitness. Darius, Josh, and Chase detail their fitness strengths and struggles from the previous week, Chase releases the Fat Loser Fitness Hero of the Week, Josh gives the people what they're looking for with his Cheat Meal of the week, and Darius busts a myth on whether or not eating breakfast jump-starts your metabolism.

The gang run into a pretty big celeb on the way into the studio, Chase decides to cram for a test DURING the test, and the pod has their first-ever in studio audience member, who decides to play chess instead of listen to the pod. Listen to hear who won the week's competition and find out which fitness icon makes an appearance!
Who knew the guys would pull a Mexican Goodbye and go on hiatus?? Well the guys are getting back into it and boy, 2 of the 3 Fat Losers REALLY fell off. Darius is dubbed the Brown Mound of Rebound, Josh talks about his mid-summer bulk season strategy, and Chase takes a victory lap on sticking to it but unfortunately wasn't the bell of the recent ball. Chase says his prayers for Darius and Josh.
