Sadly ten days later Evie passed away. Just one year later they made the decision to end their second pregnancy through a medically advised termination at five months gestation.**Trigger warning for this episode. Welcome back to the Baby Loss Podcast.Without the success of the first series I would not be here today! Thank you to each and everyone of my previous guests.Today's episode is more of a catch up and thank you to all my listeners. I do talk about my Sister in-law's ectopic pregnancy and share her words of wisdom. I'd like to dedicate this episode to my two friends and their babies who were too precious for Earth.

In this episode Sadie talks me through her 5 miscarriages and the gruelling processes she went through to find out why.

Hope was born at 14 weeks and at the time of recording Claire did not know the gender of her baby.

Margot was born after her due date in May 2020. After complications in labour Margot spent 3 days in NICU, sadly Laura and Craig made the decision to turn off Margot's life support machine and say goodnight to their little girl.

We will discuss other complications that may have left a devastating affect both physically and emotionally.Today I talk to my friend Sam who talks us through finding out early on in her pregnancy that she was carrying a "Molar pregnancy", the complications that came along as she miscarried to the ongoing medical treatment she received before she could conceive again.  I met Sam in the early pregnancy unit. Sam was the kindest stranger and her story leads on to my emergency surgery 4 weeks after losing Isabella.

Gemma talks us through her pregnancy and the complications that came along before sadly resulting  in Oscar passing away.Gemma is the founder of 'Oscar's Wish Foundation' which she created after the loss of Oscar. Oscar's Wish Foundation is a charity offering bereavement Support to families in Sussex and throughout the UK. Alexander was diagnosed with Jacob's syndrome and Edward's syndrome in the womb and sadly passed away shortly before his birth at 23 weeks. Alexander's story heavily involves his living siblings one of whom has Jacob's syndrome and Edward's syndrome. Sadie talks about miscarriages, Alexander and IVF.

Becki talks about the days leading up to Myles' birth, the hospital treatment she received, leaving Cyprus and his repatriation.
