This week's episode is a conversation that I've been waiting to have. In the world of wellness food can play a massive role when you're diagnosed with a chronic health condition, but does it actually work? And at what cost? Let's have a conversation about it with this week's guest Emily Feikls! Her story is really important and powerful. Emily struggled with an eating disorder from the time she hit puberty and well in to her adult life. It wasn't until she was diagnosed with a chronic health condition that forced her to change her overall outlook on health and she was finally able to heal her relationship with food and her body from the inside out.Connect with Emily:@emilyfeiklsConnect with Soshy:@soshyadelsteinBook Your $100 1:1 Food Freedom Session:https://www.embodynutrition.com/connect
