Another women's takeover of the show was very successful. They take the time to break down the difference between a midwife and a doula, A doula is there to support you in your time of need during a pregnancy, labor as well as postpartum.  We have a lot of support that we never take the time to utilize. Doula's can assist you in medicine decisions, recovery as well as.  A doula is a professional labor assistant who provides physical and emotional support to you and your partner during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. For instance, a doula might offer: Attention to physical comfort through techniques such as touch and massage and assistance with breathing.The ladies discuss their trails and tribulations of labor, postpartum depression and medicines that they were on and never new because they were to inebriated to make a decision in the hospital. 
This is the last episode for the year Deep Rooted Ventilation Podcast. It has been a wonderful kick off year for the show. Although, we have been very inconsistent with recording we have had some good times as well as challenges. Nonetheless, we have delivered some awesome and exciting entertainment for our followers.  In this episode we discuss challenges, opportunities as well as what we have learned from them. We talk about goals and aspirations going into the new year. If you could have one wish granted from Santa, what would it be..... Funny show and great conversation.From the crew we truly want to thank everyone who has listened and followed our show. We have learned a lot as well as been given some gems from everyday people. This will be a very interesting show because women view the world in a different manner than 90% of men. Take a ride with new co-host Friday and Cindy as they invite professional women on the show to educate us on a variety of topics. This episode features Annterria Bruce (Chip) a Nurse Practitioner by profession (6 years in Labor Delivery/Nursing, totaling 10 years of Nursing) and Small Business Owner (Vagesty) of organic female hygiene products.  The ladies have a deep and detailed discussion regarding how to recognize when your body is talking to you and telling you something is wrong.  "The body will tell you when something is wrong, you just have to listen and see the signs!" There was a great discussion surrounding PH Balance, there is good and bad PH and you will know when it is not a normal smell.
