We will talk with other parents (mothers and fathers), and others going through weight loss or gain goals, while talking mental health and some meal prep ideas. Taking personal experience as a father of 2, losing 110 lbs in just over a year and keeping it off. Bringing on guests with similar stories, educational background and mental health check in. Let’s talk real life and stay fit!

This week I was joined by Asa, who is the director of performance/ co-founder of Physelite Inc, a Father and Kettlebell enthusiast. Asa and I speak about his journey into the fitness world, where he shares all the ups and downs throughout his journey. After understanding his need to find happiness in himself he finally got his 6 pack back.
This week I was joined by Liza, who started her weight loss journey at 250 lbs. Liza opens up about some of her diets and where she is going now. Liza is a host of Releasing 100 where she gets to share similar stories. Liza also shares her new online workout with "Strong Bikini Mom" where they are focusing on shrinking the belly.

This week I was joined by former colleague Sierrah Hamilton, who shares her story on losing 105lbs and keeping it off. Sierrah opens up about her fear of what other people thought of her and the battle to staying more positive. 
This week I was joined by my good friend John Michael, an operations manager for an auto lending company. John and I talk about his journey as an actor and the mental strength it takes to stay motivated.
This week I was joined by Dr. Jessica Vera, she is the definition of an enturpnure. Jessica and I speak about her first pregnancy and the effects of postpartum depression. She opens up about weight challenges after her first baby and how she became motivated to make a change.

Chris started his journey 5 months ago and is down 50lbs already. We talk about the his journey and how he is managing his ups and downs using my fitness pal 
I was joined by Amanda Rutherford this week, a Law Clerk and mother of 2. Amanda started her journey as a way to battle depression and anixiety. She has lost 95 lbs. We talk about her journey through boot camp, walking and roller blading with her best friend. 
I was joined by Alex Crocco this week, an Elementary school teacher using intermittent fasting to help him achieve his goals. We get talking about the challenges of being a teacher during a pandemic and how it can alter you routines. you would never know he had to lose weight, however for his mental health, he wanted to make a change.
