Today, making decisions has been elevated to an art and a science. There are thousands of academic journals and books on decision making and hundreds of frameworks to choose from.  Many people have made their whole careers out of studying the topic and teaching others how to make better decisions. That’s a lot of resources but most organisations don’t have the time or manpower to make use of them all.
