In this episode, I talk about how it's all starting to come together. It's still hard, but what isn't. I guess it's what we make it, right? I think us as a family need to grow together and individually. Do you believe in things happening for a reason? I think although we are sad we aren't living on base, there's a reason we aren't. Listen to the episode and tell me your thoughts. Have you had the same feelings?
In this episode, I talk to Kayla from Leave No Paws Behind USA. We discuss our furry babies and how we can get the law passed to be able to have the expense of our pets in our orders. They are part of the family, and we need them with us. Hope you enjoy this episode

In this episode, I talk about my experience in talking with the ladies of the USS Carter Hall. They are currently in the middle of a deployment and I was asked to speak about my experience with deployments and military life. I was so honored to be asked. It got me thinking about what it looks like to go through hard times, giving yourself grace, and knowing that you are enough and are doing enough.
In this episode, I talk about being a military spouse. The ups, the downs, the in-between. I wouldn't trade it for anything. There's just something to be said about a military spouse.https://focusproject.org

First of the lasts... It's starting to drive me crazy! I'm in the thick of PCS and setting up this move, purging, and organizing. I'm sad we are leaving, but happy I was able to have this unexpected time here at Camp Lejeune. Anyone else going through the emotions of PCS? I call it the stages of grief through PCS. Feels like leading up to a deployment. Let's just get this over with.
In this episode, I talk about how much anxiety comes with PCSing and making that transition. It's hard, it sucks and trying to say otherwise is just wrong. That doesn't mean there aren't resources and opportunities to make this transition better.
