CPSO series explained

This episode is short, sweet, and to the point as I begin what I have crowned and classified as the beginning of the CPSO series. A series of 5 episodes where I walk thru the process of defining a Customer, identifying  their Pain, then coming up with a Solution and finally proposing an Offer. As you might have guessed.. YES! they all revolve around the motorsports industry.Dane Maxwell:  Learn of his work on his websitestartfromzero.comJeff's Resources: Find him on FacebookWebsite   alifeinthefastlane.comMusic Credit: Wataboi Find him on Instagram  Follow him on Soundcloud
What do a mortgage lender, jimmy johns employee, and a mobil detailer that travels all across the U.S. with a band of supercars have in common? They all revolve around what makes up this weeks guest of the podcast Joe Niemczycki. This was the first time Joe and I had ever met which had made me question how the interview would flow. But even a week following our talk together I am truly at a loss for words in how to sum up this episode, so I will instead suggest listening to it in it's entirety and then again a few days later to let all that we discuss sink in. This was so much fun and so interesting to learn about another realm that exists within the motorsports industry driven by passion to succeed, a need for speed, and bringing people together.Joe's Resources:  You can find him on Facebook  Follow his work along the Corsa America Rally on  Instagram Jeff's Resources: Find him on FacebookWebsite   alifeinthefastlane.comMusic Credit: Wataboi Find him on Instagram  Follow him on Soundcloud

Gerardo Melgarejo is the owner and proprietor of Atwater Street Tacos. A successful restaurant still within its infancy,  but has grown tremendously in noterietay and becoming a common place suggested as a must experience and see within that short amount of time amongst the community and surrounding area of Flat Rock, Michigan.  He is also an avid hot rod enthusiast with a growing fleet of street driven cars at showcar quality. We sat down to chat mainly as a wide open and ranging  conversation except for my main two questions which were... How did Atwater come to be? And how is it that he is even thinking about opening up a second restaurant with confidence in todays times? We cover that and so much more and hope you enjoy this part one of two extended interview between him and I.Gerardo's Resources:  Find him on Facebook  Follow him on Instagram Visit Atwater Street Tacos  atwaterstreettacos.comJeff's Resources: Find him on FacebookWebsite   alifeinthefastlane.comMusic Credit: Wataboi Find him on Instagram  Follow him on Soundcloud

This episode is part 2 of an extended interview with Michael GramlichTo listen to part 1 of our conversation please use this LINKIn this extended interview I take advantage of the opportunity to ask mike some questions that otherwise would seem strange in casual conversation that I’ve been looking forward to and we have some back and forth banter on investment opportunities where I share my two fields of future interests to get into as well as some thoughts on how to bring some outside resources into the racing realm. Finally we wrap up with another sharing the differences between us round with him giving his take racing with a large family team and myself sometimes hitting the road as a one man band. Questions- If you could become a specialist at one new thing this year what would it be?- What is one book, class, or training you considered to be well worth your time?- What are you currently geeking out on?Michael's Resources: Facebook   https://www.facebook.com/michael.gramlich.7Instagram   https://www.instagram.com/mgramlich92/Jeff's Resources: Facebook   https://www.facebook.com/Alifeinthefastlane/Website   https://alifeinthefastlane.comMusic Credit: Wataboi Instagram   https://www.instagram.com/wataboimusic/Soundcloud   https://soundcloud.com/wataboiDisclaimer: I am not an investment adviser. This weeks guest is a long time and well accomplished friend of mine Michael Gramlich. To give a brief and limited summary of his racing accolades would have to include becoming the IHRA Div 3 Jr. Dragster Champion in 2004, Division 3 super street divisional race winner in his first attempt,  and being a multi-time track champion in a multitude of classes. Off of the racing surface he has obtained a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering technology from the University of Toledo, and is a lean six sigma blackbelt?? If you haven't already, you're going to want to give this episode a listen as he details what that means before we begin to discuss the duality of our lives in regards to our education and our careers and how they intertwine with the sport we both enjoy.Cant find the time to read? This week we have Matt Jahner back on for an extended interview where we discuss our exchange of services and how he was able to save me $10,000 in 5 days for less than $1,000!!! We give a sample conversation of what we talk about during our taco Tuesdays together (obviously a little one sided as he's the one on the hot seat). He gives us his origin story, some insight where we recorded this episode from, along the way shares some tricks of the trade as well as flaws that he has seen within his industry,  and finally we discuss his van that I adore on account of my love for organization and optimization.Amazon Link:  Grit Guard To learn more about IGL coatings:  https://iglcoatings.com/Matt's Resources: Facebook   https://www.facebook.com/jahnerautodetailingInstagram  https://www.instagram.com/jahnerautodetailing/Jeff's Resources: Facebook   https://www.facebook.com/Alifeinthefastlane/Website   https://alifeinthefastlane.comMusic Credit: Wataboi Instagram   https://www.instagram.com/wataboimusic/Soundcloud   https://soundcloud.com/wataboiThis page contains affiliate links. In our first episode Jeff entails what he hopes to achieve by creating this podcast, who it may be for, and what the audience can hope to expect and enjoy! But for now we would like to leave you with some words of inspiration. It is only when we attempt something unrealistic. That something unbelievable will happen!
