Aftercare: Mental Health in Tattooing

Alright, first formal post in a while. This episode marks what is intended to be a sort of soft reboot for the podcast, and I think I’ve finally kind of got the type of content I want to provide honed in as well as how I approach the show.I’m treading into some deeper territory and getting a bit more clinical than I have in the past, as I touch on the concepts of core values and cognitive distortions and how they can show up in the context of tattooing. A lot of this comes from my own history and personal examples that I’ll be sharing, so hopefully we aren’t getting so clinical as to be boring here.
