In the first 3 seasons, Leah interviews  experts, authors, healers, musicians, entrepreneurs, celebrities and everyday heroes who know life's struggles, and sharing ways they've learned to be inspired and heal. Have you ever asked for a sign? Maybe you didn't get the sign, or notice it. Or maybe, you got the message loud and clear. Even still many of us have doubt, even when we say we believe, that spirit is on our side - that God listens - that we are worthy of a life that is guided by the great beyond. In this solo podcast, Leah shares some of her recent signs and confirmations about her project regarding her new work. Some may seem trite, others more profound. But the message of the podcast is that we must be in an active relationship with spirit to know their language, to hear the calling, to witness the signs. This isn't a one-way relationship, it's an interactive one that calls us to engage with the highest and most loving, most pure and divine of energy and beings. Take a listen, enjoy and ponder for yourself, what do you really believe, and how are you nurturing that relationship? The truth is, confirmation is everywhere that spirit is present, and we are constantly being guided in the direction that is best for us, if we but notice. It requires our presence. Thanks for listening! Follow leah on IG, FB & TK @leahthemodernsage for more!

In this episode Leah speaks with author and medium Carole Obley on how to heal grief and guilt and find security about life's transitions. Many of us believe there is an afterlife. However we may have a hard time trusting life's natural processes such as death. Carole and Leah speak about how the eternal bond of love is real, how spirit beings are living entities who are still present in our lives, and how we can form a relationship with them through communication to further deepen that relationship. There is no end to our loving relationships, energy is infinite. We can learn how to move through life's grief and often the guilt that comes with these transitions, to remember that there is no ending and that spirit is alive and well. Survival Mode - we hear about it but aren't sure if we're in it. Survival mode is a trauma response. The ability to relax, be available, have resources on hand to pivot without panic, to authentically enjoy one's surroundings and simply being alive.Leah shares some of her favorite methods to move beyond survival into a place of present moment living through somatic therapy, sound healing, yoga, movement for healing, meditation and more. Listen in and be inspired. Living in the Flow

Living in the Flow

2024-01-1717:52

The final episode of season 4 brings you to contemplate how you fill your life and stay attached to your to-do lists/obligations as a survival mechanism rather than using the space in-between to access the flow state. To be in the flow, we open to our intuition, trust, creativity, feminine energy, abundance and the unknown. It can be a scary energy to embody if we've spent most of our time in survival, or trying to find our identity based on what we do or achieve. Let yourself contemplate and perhaps join the challenge to be in the moments in between the busyness so you can activate the energy within that wants to emerge. This practice isn't just for artists, it's for all co-creators who desire to have more peace, curiosity and joy in their lives. To feel what it is to be present and available to what is possible when we aren't jamming our time with to-dos and expectations.More from Leah, visit her website. Thanks for listening! This story will never be over, but for now Leah is wrapping up the story of her time at the haunted house on Weeden St with some powerful messages from spirit. One's healing journey is never over, as healing is not linear. Much of life isn't linear, however we perceive it to be in order to maintain some sense of control. What is it to feel connected and safe in spirit, living in a higher, more expanded vibration and consciousness, feeling trusting in the moment and free within oneself? It's a feeling most are desirous of, yet terrified of. The will to live includes the tenacity to maintain integrity and wholeness in the present moment. The more capacity we have for the moment, the more peaceful and present we can be. Join Leah on the tail of this haunted house story, as she weaves in some of the most important teachings about building this capacity for self. Thanks for listening! In this episode Leah introduces you to two neighbors,  her only neighbors, at the house. These neighbors have become characters in the screenplay as their timeline was so instrumental to the shift at the house.Zencat is her name. I'm not sure where the name came from, but she wore it proudly. John is her husband. They live in the house right next door to Leah, the house that looked abandoned but wasn't, next to the abandoned cottage on the hill.Leah discusses their mental health issues and addictions, the behavior and interactions that went on during her time there, like Zencat being naked scooting on her bottom down the asphalt road, unable to get up. This was a repeated occurance. The multiple calls to the ambulance. The screaming at the house, the chit chat, the accidents with the railings.. It was two years of Zencat and John, although they had lived at their house for over 20 years. Join Leah on Youtube to see these episodes. We're at the part of the story that becomes hard to believe, the synchronicities, the spirit activity, the confrontations - but for those who delve into the paranormal or not, Leah has it on recording! Plus, she has energy clearers "ghost hunters" or "spirit removers" over to the house to investigate and help cleanse the property.TRIGGER WARNING: The live recording is from this Thanksgiving (last week) evening during the middle of the night. John recorded Leah in a confrontation in the dreamtime with "Edward" - and then helped her come to full consciousness. As Barbara remarked in our last episode, he will continue to try to enter, and he sure did. The audio is her pleading and battling Edward to stay out of her space and this house. Leah shares about vulnerability and how we have to be cautious with our physical, mental and emotional health when we are feeling tired, weak, ill - and also share some of the information given to her from the ghost hunters, Marcia and Marty from Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. Also in this episode, you'll meet the young spirits trying to get Leah's attention, and what goes on up in the attic, as well as more information about the burial pit. It's a loaded 28 minutes, closing out with a sweet scripture from Psalms that Leah reads one night to the young girls' spirits who are afraid.  Remember, Leah was taking notes of all her experiences while there after realizing something different was going on at this house, but she was not planning to share, podcast, write a script or otherwise during this time-period. The notes are real-time as best as can be remembered. Check out Leah's new website, leahguy.com for more about her work. Thanks for listening! Follow leah on IG, FB & TK @leahthemodernsage for more!
Today on the pod Leah talks with Barbara, a psychic medium of 40 years, about the happenings at the house, as well as how it works to speak with spirit on the other side. Full transparency; Barbara did not listen to any of Leah's story about the haunted house thus far. She and Leah did not speak prior to this interview, and have no prior knowledge of one another. This is their first time communicating in any way. Barbara shares information from her guides about the meaning of Leah's story, the dark energy of the house, where he is now, what is coming up for Leah in her work regarding this story, and reveals where the spirit is now. Although Leah isn't sharing more of the story today on purpose, more of the story is revealed, so make sure you listen to the previous episodes first! And the Dreams Begin

Welcome listeners. This is episode 2 of season 4 and I'm really glad you're here. You may notice that the podcast format has changed for this season as I'm sharing my story of buying a historic and haunted home in Lambertville NJ on the day of Covid lockdown. I tell this story as a means to inspire us all how to face and embrace the darkness within, how to sit in discomfort and to heal the ghosts of our past. Weaved throughout this season we will also discover the various ways spirit talks to us, and we'll talk to experts in the field of metaphysics, mediumship and other spiritual teachings. This episode I introduce you to the specifics of the house and the stories that began shortly after I moved in. Some that seem benign - huge spiders, bats in the bedroom, stolen items..but combined with the rest of the story, I believe you'll start to see the energy that is becoming palpable at the house. The found objects I either still have or have pictures of, and the dreams - the male energy present who violated me many times over - has become one of the main characters in my one-woman show and the screenplay. I hope you enjoy this storytelling, and I'd love to hear feedback. Oh, and please share it with your friends! Thanks for listening! Follow leah on IG, FB & TK @leahthemodernsage for more!

The journey of awakening is often a messy process. Stepping into our higher self, healing, connecting to our higher consciousness and developing our intuitive and trust skills can feel chaotic, energizing, scary, thrilling, confusing and overall like a roller coaster. In this conversation, Leah and Phill talk about the journey to awakening with the true stories of Phill from his new book, Letting Glow. We discuss:mediumshiphow raising our frequency can feel like a mental breakdealing with griefhow to trust your intuition and develop 6th sense capabilitieswhat it's like seeing ghosts and energy in the spirit worldPhill Webster is an author, actor, and developing medium. At the tail end of the COVID-19 pandemic, an unexplained event, coupled with a devastating loss, sent him down a completely different path forever. These events prompted a complete life review, and an exploration into the mystical, which culminated in the Amazon top of the charts book ‘Letting Glow’, and its soon to be released sequel, ‘Glowing Deeper’.
