Once again as soon as upload a podcast Cam has made some changes. But nothing crazy! Plus this gives me something to talk about on the next solo podcast. It was time we got my coach Cam on the podcast. I can blow his brain up a little here... over the last couple of years, he's truly made a name for himself in the Bodybuilding world. I have followed him for around 3/4 years now and it got to the stage where I wanted to work with him! Since the end of January/early February he has taken over all my training, nutrition and I can honestly say I have made pretty good results already. In today's podcast, we cover "5 Reasons You're NOT Building Muscle" ladies this one is for you as well. The areas we cover are the areas Cam has drilled hard into me over the last 5-6 months. One year after stepping into the fitness scene I started following Charlie. He was a true inspiration to younger me and where I want to be one day. Fast forward three years, I have the honour to train, eat and call him a friend. That's cool! My first solo podcast! These will be weekly throughout my diet. Updating you on any changes and talking about the process of how you can get into photoshoot shape. I will break it down into 3-5 topics, nutrition, training, mindset, relationships and I will think of another... The first shoot date is set and there will probably be around 5 shoots in total in September & October 2020. It was incredible to chat with Danni. Someone who I have followed for a while and it's been amazing to watch her journey change over the years. We finally did it! After trying to film this in Dubai face to face, which was a nice idea. But the Audio hated us. Myself and Simon got toghter a spoke about what EVERYONE struggles with... mindset. We are very similar in the way we think on a day to day basics, we cover your environment, self-awareness, motivation, taking action NOW! You name it, we covered it. It was awesome to catch up with Millie! We pretty much went over EVERYTHING nutrition related. Switching from a fat loss phase into a gaining phase, food sources you can eat for both phases, calorie counting, how to eat out and to pick your social environments with care if you honestly want to achieve the results I know you want. I've been following Jaime for well over a year now and I could really relate to her being a busy, self employed mum, as that was exactly my upbringing.
