This inaugural episode of RelationSHIFT shares the story of how our podcast came to be. More importantly the relationship between us, co-host's Bo & Emma. We have played a few different roles in each others lives (friends, ex's, and now chosen family). Through our constant change we've always been a consistent source of support, levity, love and learning.Our story is not unique but it’s ours. This episode explores how our shift in relationship sparked our curiosity and journey into exploring relational effects on different individual experiences. We want to normalize change. Changing your mind, your clothes, your friends, your relationships, where you live, what you eat, all will remaining you.  But first let’s take it back to where it all began. This is RelationSHIFT.
