✨Click here and become a SUPPORTER of We All Have Something!✨Embracing the undefined season of life... It's not for everyone, but it is worth exploring. As humans, it is our nature to label and define things. In its simplest form, this allows us to quickly asses things as helpful or harmful. Good or bad. Right or wrong, and so on.When changes happen in our life, by our choice or by an external choice, we do well to start defining where we were, where we are and where we want to go.  However, if we embrace the undefined season in our life, meaning we let go of the idea of figuring everything out, it opens up the possibility of us learning more about the things we otherwise would completely miss. But be warned... It should be treated as a season, not a permanent way to live life. Unless that's your thing, in which case let go and live!Thank you for listening to We All Have Something.  If you wish to connect with Rick beyond the podcast:Website: www.CoachRickSchwartz.comYouTube: @RickSchwartzThreads: @Coach_Rick_SchwartzInstagram: @Coach_Rick_SchwartzFacebook Page:  @CoachRickSchwartz***If you are having any thoughts of self harm and need someone to reach out to please call: 1-800-273- TALK (8255)Or use the new 988 number for calling or texting for support.Episode Music "Inspiration Corporate" by Sandra Inspiration MusicMusic rights purchased through AudioJungle.Nothing in this podcast should be taken as therapy, medical or mental health care. ❤️Click here and become a SUPPORTER of We All Have Something!❤️Who am I?  That's a question we tend to ask ourselves when life gets shaken like a snow-globe. But instead of a flurry of snow, its pieces of the life we had and pieces of who we thought we were.Often we identify with our position in family, or a title work has given us. More commonly we identify with what others have told us we are as we were growing up. But what if we took the time to sit and ask ourselves "Who am I?" before life flipped and turned upside-down? What if we took the time to look past what everyone else told us they saw, or projected on to us, and found our authentic self?Thank you for listening to We All Have Something. The idea that we only pour into others because that feels good or because it is good to be in service to others, is a disillusioned idea.  We absolutely MUST pour into ourselves first, otherwise there will be nothing to pour into others.
