In todays episode we have the man, the myth, the legend David Hammacott. David is the deputy Responsible Individual here at Fieldbay and acts as firefighter/right hand man to the managing director Paula Lewis (Who's also our first co-host!) We talk about how David got into care, and his returns throughout his life. We also discuss a very trying and worrying time in Dave's life, which has had profound impacts on the way he provides care and the way he alters his work life balance. In this first instalment in the series we bring you the woman, the myth, the legend and Managing Director of Fieldbay - Paula Lewis.
