Life isn’t all about routines and structure, you have to live a little.  Winter is one of those times when we do let the routines go a little, it’s cold and we don’t want to get out of bed! Am I right? So, we have to put some practices in place that will see us through.So it comes down to a few things;Acceptance that you’re going to fall off the wagon at timesBeing more structured in your planning to get yourself into actionMaking sure you have people around you who can help you put those things into actionEnjoying the luxuries of life is SO important, the reality is, it could all be over in a second. Are you a people pleaser? Do you avoid conflict and later become frustrated with those around you? Do you stop yourself going against the majority out of fear those you love will leave you?    Going against the social norms came in really hard and fast when I was in my 20’s. I would have physical symptoms from doing things that simply weren’t inline with who I was. The panic and anxiety I would feel was difficult to bare at times.  The situations I was put in that didn’t resonate with me, meant that eventually I just couldn’t do it anymore. At first, I thought something was wrong with me, because I didn’t view the world the way most people did.  Until I realised my own truth.Most people spend their entire lives searching for what will give their lives purpose and meaning instead of just letting themselves be guided from the heart and allowing it to unfold exactly how it’s suppose to.Steps for growth in self liberation;1. Can we reach Enlightenment in this life time? Can we reach our FULL potential?
