Two personal stories about, and one plea to, Big Pharma.
We may well be living in times of absolute corruption throughout our entire medical systems (with astronomical amounts of censorship to hide said corruption). It very well could be that our medical establishment is teetering on the edge of destruction. Worse, it could be taking all of society down with it. Can the truth set us free?
Throughout this entire pandemic, many new words have come into their own. The word 'misinformation' is one of them. What's surprising is that the most recent source of rampant misinformation was the Supreme Court.
Today we discuss my fear that our media has forgotten its purpose of shedding light on activities that are harming our democracy in secret. My fear that not only is our democracy dying in darkness, but our media is aiding in turning out the lights.
I am just your average, run of the mill, citizen of the United States of America. I’m not a Senator or a Governor or a Council Member or the President. But I am a long-standing member of the society that they are meant to serve. And I have questions about that service.
There have been so many conflicts of interest throughout this pandemic. Today I discuss some of them and attempt to combat those conflicts with un-exaggerated facts and science.
It’s time to usher in 2022. But first, let’s take a look back and review just how far civilization has come in the past year, by looking at 21 ways covid policy shaped 2021. For daily emails of these episodes, subscribe for free at https://timetowakeup.substack.com.

The two questions "Who are you?" and "Who do you want to be?" are basically the beginning and the end of our journey as a human being. Through the answering and practical application of those two questions we discern the path that we must take to become the person we want to be. But the ultimate mind f*ck of it all is that you already ARE the person you want to be. If only we could get out of our own way, oh how easy the work would be 😜
Who Do You Want To Be?

Who Do You Want To Be?

Our journey consists of the path between who we are and who we want to be. As we have started the work to unravel all that we are, we are now going to jump ahead and consider all that we want to be/become.
As you continue creating and tweaking your daily health plan, use this "intentional moment" as a tool to reinforce why taking small daily steps towards creating lasting change in your overall wellbeing is vitally important.

Tiny habits help to create lasting and impactful change. That's the message of this episode. As you continue creating your daily health plan from the last episode, remember that we aren't trying to overwhelm our (already overwhelmed 😒) selves, we are attempting to slowly improve our health (and in turn reconnect with ourselves) through small, impactful, daily changes.
Your Daily Health Plan

Your Daily Health Plan

Today we continue the work of the last episode by taking our diagnostic we created (our snapshot of our current overall wellbeing) and using it to create a daily health plan to serve, support, and care for our mind + body + soul.
What does health mean to you?  According to our current models, health is often viewed as a series of symptoms (or absence of symptoms) of sickness or disease. We are now beginning to consider the idea of mental health as well as bodily health. But even with that, we still view the health of the body and the health of the mind as two separate entities. What if we start to consider our overall health and wellbeing (mind +  body + soul)? What does that look like? How can we best serve, support, and care for our entire health? That is the work of this episode.
After beginning to reflect on your triggers and hot button issues in the last episode, this episode helps you dive deeper by offering some tools of reflection the will help you gain awareness of what's really happening in your mind, which in turn leads to understanding and ultimately the ability to finally let go or change behavior (or not become so triggered in the first place).
Reflecting on how we have gotten to where we are is some of the first work needed to help us uncover who we are. What triggers you? What are your hot button issues? What sources of emotional pain do you return to time and time again? And how can you reflect on those moments to help uncover who you are? That is the work of this episode.
Why is it so much easier to be critical of ourselves than to be proud of or praise ourselves? And does that fact cause us to be more disconnected with our true self? Spoiler alert: I think it does 😁. Today's episode attempts to balance the scales of negativity and continue the work of unraveling all that we are by asking ourselves the question - How am I proud of myself?

If you're like me, you hate (ok, severely dislike) the question "What do you do?". As if all that we are is defined by what we do. In this episode we continue unraveling who we are through a different question - What's your story?
