I’ve worked in Advertising and Marketing, but now I own my own personal training business. Steve is a six- time Australian 400m champion, two- time Olympian, and co-captain of the Australian Track and Field Team.   He works as an executive at Uber and he is passionate about performing at his highest, solving difficult problems, and helping people grow. Steve’s high-performance keys are:- Curiosity in how things work - so he can focus his energy on the key areas that will help him improve; - Focusing on where his passions are and immersing himself; and  - Developing longevity so that you can stand the test of time.  Steve it is a great example of a brilliant young man with a successful academic, sporting and professional career.  As he put it so well, "you don't need to be exceptional to achieve high performance, you just need to be better”.  I hope you and your family enjoy my chat with Steve. Welcome to the first episode of High Performance with Joe Sprange.My first guest is my great friend Nick Fisher. Nick Started skiing at primary school before going on to compete at the Torino 2006 Olympic Winter Games in freestyle skiing - moguls. Fisher first competed on the international circuit in 2001 and made his World Cup debut in December 2003 in Ruka. At the 2006 Torino Games, Fisher produced outstanding runs to finish the final in 12th place. Following his skiing career Nick started working in Engineering, he now runs his own Engineering firm employing 15 people. I hope you enjoy the Episode.
