On this weeks episode of The EMpowering PATH Podcast, I am joined by my life and business partner Nick Edgar and our special guest, Danny Andrews.Danny is a radio presenter at Surrey Hills Radio, speaker, fundraiser, ambassador for Mindfest and a huge advocate for supporting mental health and breaking the stigma.In this vulnerable episode, Danny shares the challenges he faced in his childhood including the relationship with his father and the falling out of love with football after an injury. Danny shares tales of his beloved Grandad, John Andrews, who sadly lost his fight to Parkinsons' Disease earlier this year and how Danny has been navigating his grief since. Danny recently raised a huge £2615 for Parkinson's Disease in honour of his Grandad, where he delivered a 30-hour charity broadcast. Carrie-Ann is the Founder of Mind Body Balance Academy, an academy dedicated to supporting those in the community who are experiencing barriers to movement and mental and emotional health support.
