It has become a cornerstone of the guidance we provide to our clients. Welcome to Episode 9 of the Podcast where I interview Shaun one of my coaching clients. I thought this was an important conversation to share to share with you as I believe one of the biggest contributors to illness and disease is psychological stress that could result in mental health challenges and issues. Shaun had completed 6 weeks of CBT having taken most of September 2021 off work and was introduced to the idea of coaching using the WRAW Psychometric Framework to improve his resilience and wellbeing. Trusting the process with me, we embarked on a 6 month coaching programme which resulted in Shaun increasing his resilience and wellbeing by an average of 16% across all pillars. When we compared this to the control group, we saw a 100% improvement moving his comparative score from 30% to 60%. The modern world has taken us so far from our natural place, and we need the psychological tools and skills to deal with the modern faced paced world and generally they are not provided until it is tool late. This conversation is on this channel as I believe mental health, mindset is the foundation to health, wellbeing and performance. Enjoy the show. Support the show
